Diablos wasn’t our first choice to eat this evening but we actually enjoyed it. The ingredients looked a bit sketchy and not fresh but they tasted fine. The employees were nice even though we got there about a half hour before closing. I will be visiting again in the future.

Super delicious! We try to visit every time we are in the Augusta area! It’s like a Moe’s, Freebirds, or Chipotle type of resturaunt. Very similar set up and types of food. They have chargers you can use if you’re on the road, and running low on cell battery. This particular locations is very clean.

This place has terrible management apparently. I used to love coming to diablos in Athens (which apparently closed down) but this place has ridiculous corporate micromanagement. First off nothing is fresh anymore. I always get the same thing, double chicken bowl with all of the cold items (lettuce, cheese, onions, etc) on the side so they don’t get soggy on the way home. Apparently because they’re in separate containers even though it’s all for the same bowl, they were going to charge me another $10 for a “veggie bowl”. I won’t be back, rather give my money to chipotle, who doesn’t have absurd rules like this. Not to mention the lettuce was brown and the customer service was terrible. No wonder the Athens store went out of business.

I have been eating at diablos for a couple of years now. It used to be good but the overall level of service has gone downhill tremendously. Employees seem bothered by you being there, and are generally just unpleasant. Hopefully this gets fixed before they decline any more.

Food tastes great and we ended up feeling satiated but I can’t help but feel that they skimped a little bit on the toppings. The prices are mostly fair but I’d love for the cost of the food to match the amount they give you. Also they have Jones pure cane sugar sodas on tap which is nuts, and very rare. There is also a special Diablo flavor too, try them all. The restaurant is new so everything is clean still, and we’ll totally come back. Just ask for them to not skimp on toppings.

I love Diablo’s – IF they get my to-go order right. My boyfriend’s tacos barely had any meat in them so I gave him half the meat from my Taco Salad. When I called to tell them they offered to give him another order of Tacos made right but wouldn’t give me another Taco Salad saying it was made right. Yeah – it WAS made right until I gave him ½ of mine to make up for them being so skimpy on his! AND they forgot to put our orders of Rice & Beans in the bag. Because it was almost closing time they were more worried about getting their side work done than they were about getting our orders right.

Mixed bag. The food was good but the place was kind of messy. They have a Jones Soda Machine! They have free cell phone charging stations at every table! The menu/ how you build your entree seems to confuse everyone. You read left to right but the menu is built right to left. Not that big of a deal though.The clerk building the meals wasn’t much help with new customers learning how/what to order. The chips are delicious. I think you would like this place but it’s not 5 star yet.

Employees are too busy flirting with each other to pay attention to make sure of placing everything you order and pay for into the bag. (On multiple occasions) Forgetting items and not listening to customers orders. Also notorious for having stale/hard rice.
