My friend invited me to come and have breakfast at this restaurant. It was my first time here. It’s a very Cozy place. The waitress took our order right away. The food was good and the price was just right. I ordered the breakfast plate that included 2 eggs, hash browns, 2 strips of bacon, 2 flour tortillas and your Salsita. Coffee to Drink. Would recommend this place to my Family and Friends. Will be coming back to this Restaurant for Sure!!!!

Very cute place & very good food. I LOVED their choice of traditional Mexican plates & cups!!! I would’ve provided 5 stars except our food took a VERY long time. Perhaps that’s the price you pay for fresh homemade breakfast, but most clients were done by the time we ordered. We’ll still go back if ever in the area. Service was super friendly & excellent!

Initially when I first visited Diana’s it was a great experience! It is actually a pretty fair place to eat;however, today I noticed something that had been occurring over the course of my visits. They are severely understaffed and I did notice ( I really don’t mean this in a hurtful way ) the servers and not trained well at all. First example I come in to order breakfast and bring a friend as a first time visit. We both order the $5.99 special. Fifteen minutes later our food comes out with no tortillas. As this is happening an influx of customers come in several families all at the same time. Our tortillas are sitting out in the open another ten minutes as the server runs frantically lost as to what to do next meanwhile my food is getting cold and tortillas are still there! I did take note that there was a program on tv not fit for audience approval on at this point during the brunch hour and I bought it to the attention of the staff which by this point an hour had past still no tortillas. Well by this time I just about done had enough with their charades. I put an abrupt halt to their shenanigans and canceled my order my friend however reluctantly ate and was so disappointed and even more disappointed when he got the bill! He was charged near $ 13.00 for his $5.99 special and 2 teas Omg! The teas costed him $7.00 ! The temerity of some people…Lesson learned we are never going back im better off scratching a couple of lottery tickets and winning $1,000.000,000 ! Lol

I ordered the Deluxe Mexican Plate and it was so good. The waitress were very friendly and attentive. I love their sweet tea. I ordered 1 botana to go while I was there and let me tell you it was Delicious. Enough for my wife and I. Thank you Diana’s for always taking care of us. 5/5 My new go to place in Edinburg

Great little restaurant with nice ambience. Pretty decor with very high ceilings and spacious sitting. They are keeping tables separate so patrons social distance appropriately while they dine. Masks are required and hand sanitizer is available.
