Diavolo is located in the amazing Fuel & Iron Food Hall (think of a cross between 100 year-old brick walled pub and your mall food court). After speaking with the owners Richard and Mary about the hall and their menu, I tried the recommended crispy chicken sandwich in Slow Burn heat. Hands down one of the best hot chicken sandwiches out there!

Service was phenomenal, chicken sandwich was delicious, best I have had outside of Nashville. I had the slow burn spice and I would rate it 4/10 heat level (I do prefer spicy food and eat spicy food frequently). The atmosphere is really cool. It’s inside a food hall that looks modern and new. We will be back when we swing though Pueblo next.

I’m thrilled to be the first review here for this eatery. Diavolo Pueblo Hot Chicken is DELICIOUS. The staff members are so friendly, a obvious reflection of the owners. The chicken sandwich is so spicy & tasty- has a sweet tinge to it that is perfect; not to mention huge portions. And the Fuel & Iron food hall is fantastic concept, definitely a good combination of urban & historic.

Excellent service, awesome spicy chicken sandwiches. Nashville style and they stand by the name! I haven’t had coleslaw they way they make it before, it has a nice tangy flavor and it’s hearty! I hope to see this place grow, it’s such a neat experience for Pueblo! Thank you for your awesome food and service.

Much like the cereal of similar name: Oops! Just Spice. Couldn’t taste the chicken or the cornflake breading whatsoever. If I’m going to be pulverized by heat, at least let me taste something alongside it. And not to mention, even in America, the land of usually absurd portions, the sandwich I had was quite meager. Very disappointed. Sad face. 🙁
