The most depressing meatball sub I’ve ever had. The mozarella was still rigid on top of the meatballs, and I can only assume their marinara sauce had stood heated for so long, that it coagulated into a marinara paste, of which I got almost none of.

the staff are friendly and the online ordering is good but it clearly caters to meat eaters. the veggie sub is good and the cheese is okay but since they don’t let you order the sub toasted it leaves a lot to be desired. i did try the tuna which was very bland and boring but there’s no imitation meat options for vegans or vegetarians so for the price you’re better off going somewhere cheaper with a wider variety if you’re not trying to eat a bunch of meat and don’t want to pay a steep price for a bunch of bread pretty much (not knocking the bread though, it slaps and if i could i would just buy the bread and make my own subs)

Quality meat & cheese. Order process, procedures down to a science! Fast service and would have given the 5th star. Had the bread not been hard/stale. Definitely day old as it was lunchtime. This has been the last few times where it was never an issue before- Bread is what set them apart from others……..

DiBella’s Henrietta is the best! The shift manager and staff are truly caring and do an excellent job. The food is excellent! Best subs and best service! I visited in 11/29 in the evening and there was an unusual occurrence that they handled splendidly, all while maintaining the quality of food and service for the rest of the customers. Great job all around!

Young man that took our order was very friendly. The price increase since the last time I was here is significant. That being said, I should have had more than one slice of tomato on my sub. The dressing was scarce as well. Less sub for more money. I understand the price increase but not when the product isn’t up to previous standards. Took a very long time to get it also.
