Recently stopped in and ordered a Create My Own Sub. I was able to select three deli meats, I chose corned beef, salami and capicola on everything bread. My sandwhich was great and very filing. I also ordered sandwiches for my family and there was one missed opportunity. I asked for lettuce and pickle on the side however it wasn’t in the bag when I arrived home. Overall the staff was very friendly and was patient with me until I figured out what I wanted and I would return again!

Brendalyn and Eddie were so great when we had DiBella’s last night. They were polite, we were served quickly, and they even let me make a change to my salad to make it vegetarian. The food was all delicious, especially the chocolate walnut cookies. We will definitely be coming back!

Went in right before they were closing but they didn’t ACT like they were closing like some places do – they were friendly and welcoming and it was really nice – thank you, DiBella’s staff. Also, Dibella’s bread is so good – soft and crusty – yum!! This location was well staffed, clean. Staff was so much nicer than other staff at other places in this area and THAT is the main reason we will choose Dibella’s from now on – Bravo, Dibella’s!

Walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes was ignored no aknowledgemen of me even standing at the counter no greeting no nothing…i walked out and left..totally unprofessional and the worst Dibellas I ever visited….my visit was 8/13/2023 at 1040 am….The place only had one other customer…please retrain your staff

My family ordered dinner. The complete lack of care that these subs were made with was wildly disappointing. On the meatball sub, sauce was everywhere making the bread soggy and none of the meatballs were cut. My husband ordered pasta salad and got potato salad. It wasn’t a big order and the place was not busy at all. It was disappointing how little care was taken. I worked at dibellas for 2 years, I love the food usually, but this was insulting.

Management is top notch. I ordered a Buffalo sandwich that my wife didn’t like, in a blink the manager in charge offered to replace it with another sub of our choice. Highly recommended based on customer service & food quality.

Meh. I got a chicken Philly sub and it was not that good. The chicken had a gamey turkey taste to it without any season at all, & hardly any veggies or cheese at all for the money. Friendly staff & restaurant is clean. Good for extreme hunger and bulk, but not for taste in my opinion.
