The food here is good, but the people who work here are rude. I say hello to this girl every time I walk in and she gives me a dirty look and ignores me. I’m pretty sure she’s a devil worshiper. If you want pretty good food eat here. If you want friendly service go elsewhere.

Subway was better than this place! We ordered three sub meals from this location and none of them tasted good. The bread was so hard and over cooked. There was hardly any mayo or sauce on any of the subs. The cookies were super hard. My daughter actually choked eating her meal. With the high prices I expected better quality. I won’t go back here to eat.

Honestly, go to Jersey Mike’s. The sub bread is kind of hard. I got a cold Italian sub and it was just weak. Barely any Mayo, lite on lettuce, couldn’t taste their oil or vinegars. Unfortunately, you can’t see the sub why it’s being made, unlike Jersey Mike’s. I gave it a try. I’m a Jersey sub kind of guy! Sad, from the reviews I was kind of excited to get a amazing sub! Very disappointing sub!

Placed an online order that said it would be done at 8. 25 minutes to prepare. I arrive to the store at 805 and am told another 10 minutes. I didn’t leave the store till 825. Nothing was offered for the delay and waste of time. People who walked in after me and placed an order in person received their food prior to myself.

It was fine until I was 40 minutes away to eat my sandwich with my boyfriend… all the stuff I ordered was not on it…no condiments just meat and the wrong lettuce…the guy was distracted and I had to repeat my order twice… we had a event to go to that we had to silence our phones so I couldn’t call about the mistake and it’s too late now to make it right…. just kinda ruined my mood and had to watch other people eat when I had to throw away my food.

Haven’t had one of their subs in months. 4-20-23 visit picking up 3 subs for friends at noon and got back to work to dried out bread. Lunch time should yield fresh bread I would think. Not going here again.

I ordered lunch last minute for my team of Senior Managers during out all-day meetings and was shocked to see our order would be ready in ten minutes. I arrived at the Strongsville location in 12 minutes and guess what…everything was ready and every order was correct down to the beverages.
