I ordered from here for Teacher’s Appreciation week(From PTA). The service was amazing. They made sure all of my food was correct, assisted in carrying to the car and everyone was beyond polite to me. I recommended them to the other organizations in the area . Very affordable and the food was on time. Everyone enjoyed the sandwiches being wrapped individually. The cookies was amazing. Again I highly recommend here for your lunch and large lunches . I came in town and saw this sub shop next to the hotel I was staying at and it was very good. I had the Godfather, Dagwood and Cheesesteak. Again they all were good. They offer a lot of different toppings from peppers to black olives.

Absolutely incredible food. Awesome quality and taste. Terrible service. Food takes forever, employees have an attitude, and the entire ordering process is sloppy as hell. They give you a ticket for your order and then check you out before giving you your food, when you pay they ask you what your ordered but won’t take the ticket number. Then when they hand you the sub they don’t use the ticket either and just say the name of the sub. Even when there’s four people waiting for the same sub.

I big plastic divider is between employees and customers. Subs are good and customizable to the customer. Don’t understand how they can stay help keep social distancing if they allow indoor eating at peak hours. If all subs from here at all locations taste this good then they could be like subway at many plazas.

I went to get me a steak n cheese last Friday. Mind you this was my first time going to this location. I haven’t been to DiBella’s since before Covid and I went to the one in independence and it was delicious. But anyways my sandwich was horrible, the steak wasn’t even chopped up. There was big chunks of steak, it wasn’t good at all. I had to chop my steak up myself. I was very disappointed and I will never return.
