My local location was closed due to an outage l. I drove 22 min to the Warren location. Staff friendly, food fast, fresh & delicious. The cookies were fresh off the cookie rack. My sandwich was so so so good! 1000 thumbs up!

I enjoyed every single bite of my corned beef sub, it was absolutely amazing. I’m surprised I haven’t heard about this place sooner! I wish I had gotten his name, but the black man who took my order was very nice, and helped me out with the menu. I bought a bag of their chocolate chip cookies, and it was so good like it was taken straight out the oven.

Finally decided to try a sub from here, had the Philly cheese steak on an everything bun. It was a great sub, perfect amount of toppings and the bun was super fresh and soft. If you like spicy stuff you gotta get their hot peppers! Don’t forget to get a cookie!

Went there for the first time yesterday…. Upon pulling up to the location we were already receiving dirty looks from the cashier who was staring at us in the window. We ordered the steak and cheese Philly and chicken Philly we were asked if we wanted everything on both sandwiches and received nothing on the sandwiches except the steak/cheese and chicken/cheese. No lettuce no Mayo no tomatoes no nothing. Im upset because this was my first time here and I’ve only heard good things but the first impression with the lady that took our order through me All the way off. Sad to say I won’t be returning.

A few years ago when they first opened everything was great. Our order this time, they are becoming more like subways. The meat and cheese had no flavor (order a uncle Louie), the bread had a good crust and was wider than a Subways- however, the bread lost it’s flavor and chew consistency they once had. Won’t be back unless I have a good discount.

This is still one of my favorites for sub sandwiches always quality ingredients and they don’t lack the amount of toppings and meat on their sandwich. The team members are always fantastic. My wife and I had another fantastic meal at the restaurant. She made a online order to take advantage of the $5 off promotion for the meal had problems during the ordering process. Finally she thought all was good had a confirmation on the order and I went to pick up the sandwiches got there and they had not received the order. It was a problem with the online ordering. I gave my order to Dawn. She was just wonderful thru the experience. I couldn’t get my $5 promotion because it was for online and not store order. My wife had paid for it with gift card and debit. I didn’t have any cash or cards on me and I was short $5 for the meal and Dawn ended up paying out of her pocket the rest of the price of the meal. That is what you call exceptional service for her job and I am very great full to her. That is why I will order at this restaurant. Thank you very much
