DiCarlos is always the same. Crispy crust and the cheese and pepperoni is not cooked in the oven. It gets warm and melts in the box. Supposedly.

The food was not bad for what seems like an adult lunchable. favorite way to enjoy this pizza is fresh out of the oven with the fresh cheese and pep. If you get it to go I suggest getting a bag of fresh cheese on the side.

It is the same authentic 1945 recipe that I remember from my youth and that my parents remember from theirs. Anna is amazing and cares the quality of the pizza and offers great customer service. People often neg on DiCarlo’s as if it’s not hot, they just don’t get that it means the cheese melts from the ambient heat, and becomes less greasy and burnt and more fresh than if it was in a oven.
