DiCarlo’s has been a staple in my husband’s family for years. During our most recent visit, I finally got to try this unique style of pizza. Color me impressed, the square cut and crispy crust were delicious! At first glance, the unmelted cheese seemed unappetizing but I was proven wrong.

Deserves 6 stars. IMO the best pizza in the world but I originally from the area. Others that didn’t grow with this kind of pizza sometimes disagree. You need to eat it right there OR, request the extra cheese in a separate bag so that it stays cold. There is just something special about the hot pizza and cold cheese on top. They only take cash no credit card, but there is an ATM inside the store if you forget.

The pizza here is usually great, but when I returned home and opened my box, my pizza had no cheese on it. None. Usually folks don’t need to ask for cheese. It should be default on any pizza.

Pizza from here is usually very good. Recently price went up ten cents more per slice and I ended up paying more for pizza that had pretty much zero cheese. Don’t know if it’s laziness of the employee working or if it is trying to give out less for more

They got my take out wrong. I said 2 pepperoni slices, one cheese 2 onion and pepper. No pepperoni and no onions on the other. The crust is so hard. I’ll be calling in the morning for my money I don’t want to eat there again
