I’ve just started going here, never had it before and now I’ve been at least 5 or 6 times in the last month. The food is really good and really fresh. The staff is pleasant. My only recommendation is remembering to ask for a rewards phone number and knowing that it needs to be inputted before someone pays. I mentioned it and the young lady told me after and then I didn’t get my points, that was the second time. Granted she probably is just unsure where in the process you ask but since I can’t rely on an app to scan my receipt I rely on the employee and I don’t want to be a pest. All in all they’re doing a great job, keep it up.

Pros: Great looking interior. Food very similar to Pollo Tropico. Decent portion. They don’t drown your food in sauce. Nutritionally sound. No food staff touched their face/hair, forcing me to walk out.

First of all place decor looks beautiful compared to the other ones I’ve seen. The Cashier was super nice & was able to help me make my order super easy without feeing rushed. This location has the friendliest staff and great service. Supper attentive and place is super clean. You will always find someone cleaning, picking up, and organizing.
