I went yesterday and I saw the workers go so slow but what shocked me is that I saw a pregnant woman do a better job than others I think the food is very good but I think the work environment isn’t good it makes me feel like they don’t care about the workers. I don’t leave a lot of reviews unless something needs to be said. I don’t think I’d go again but then I feel bad for the pregnant lady. Just the workers set the atmosphere and should make customers enjoy their experience but I didn’t.

My friend & I wanted pasta so we went to DiCiccos which was my first time at this location; have been to other DiCiccos at other locations. Staff was friendly, prompt & our meals were on point chill vibe our waitress was great & the gentlemen at the cashier counter was so nice to bring me a plastic bag for my leftovers to go into cuz he said he didn’t want the paper bag that was given by my waitress to rip on me. So very courteous & I loved that so I will be returning since I now know this DiCiccos is near Hanford where I live. And my Momma & I love their Scarface even surprised my Mom when I got home with an order of Scarface for her since she hasn’t eaten at a DiCiccos since the one operating in Hanford closed so that’s been years. Our tummy’s were very happy! ❤️

They must have a issue with the workers and being able to listen. The phone rings non stop and when it’s answered they hang it up. When you order they seem to either not listen to what you want or just don’t care because there’s multiple times they don’t give me what I ordered. However when they do get your order correct, it is pretty delicious.

Me and my family loved going here unfortunately recently the customer service has been horrible. Food is always good but the staff makes us feel like they are annoyed to have customers. Last two times we have been there it was slow and I still didn’t have utensils, had to ask to order a drink, had to ask for bread, and had to ask for us to place an order.

Came here in the night seems like they prioritized over the phone or online orders I was the only person in the restaurant and took 45m for a pizza. The food presentation didn’t look appealing in person or in the pictures didn’t like the shredded meat ball and was cold like they tossed it in the food because they forgot to add it last minute, Krispy bottom is a plus. Being there felt like a Gordon Ramsey kitchen nightmare edition out dated decor,single person restroom and seems short staff local favorite but I had better.

The food wasn’t particularly good. We were a party of 18 and despite that we were charged a tip on our bill individually. The server wasn’t very attentive to the request for refills nor extra cups. The implementation tip on the bill was ridiculous that’s what I feel most upset about.

The service was friendly and prompt. I very much enjoyed my food! My boyfriend wasn’t a huge fan of the dish he ordered, but only because he doesn’t like mushrooms. Otherwise, if you’re a fan of cheese and sauce, you’ll love this restaurant!
