First of all incredible customer service from greeting to end of the meal. Food was amazing as well. Wish we had one in Canada but am going to be coming back again on my next shopping trip across the border. Just can’t beat the customer service and bbq food. Small portions. I’m not a big eater and even I left hungry. My husband will be looking for a whole second meal. Grossly overpriced. $60 plus for three people. Food is average at best. Brisket was fatty and mushy. Rolls are hard, dry and tasteless. Beans and coleslaw were passable. Will not be returning.

Normally would not post negative review, however, looking to save people from spending more money. The portions are very small. The food was not what l expected. Burnt end brisket, 95% fat, mac/cheese texture good, no flavor couldn’t eat. Jalapeno beans very good. BBQ beans tasted like chili. Coleslaw, good texture, no flavor. Turkey plater (good amt) was salty, no flavor or seasoning. Rolls pale cold and hard. Bill was over $35.00 for lunch. Still hungry after lunch.

Amazing and accommodating staff. The pulled pork and brisket were fantastic! My kids enjoyed their meals as well. I didn’t try all the sides, but if there was an area to improve it would be the available side dishes.

I love the food! Good place if u like barbecue themed meat. Mac & cheese is better than what i expected. But i recommend the loaded mashed potatoes. The barbecue is optional for people who DON’T like it. Only down sides are that the drinks don’t come with the meal, it a little on the pricey side and they’re Dr. Pepper tastes flat all the time.

Good service and food. But, we bought a 3 meat platter, and only got 1 small barbecue sauce. Extra sauce was $1 for a tiny container. We discovered Dickeys in Norwich NY. At that location they had crock pots full of Warm sauce, and you could try them all.

I haven’t ever eaten here, but I am a GrubHub delivery driver who picked an order for a customer from here a little after 7 PM on the evening of May 4, 2023. I could not have had a more pleasant interaction with the man and the lady who were on staff that day. They were just as nice and friendly as they could be. Up to that point, I was having kind of a lousy day but I left there with a smile on my face. I didn’t catch either of their names but I just wanted to recognize them.

The food was very good and not what was expected. The staff was awesome very friendly and helpful. Party of 7 had to order one at a time but we were able to put on one bill definitely recommend to go on the off time. It was worth it. Brought home extras so looking forward to lunch today. I would suggest corn bread. The Texas toast was not a favorite! Thank you for a wonderful send-off for a student leaving to study abroad!
