ordered two pork sandwich combos and 6 ribs. we both got french fries which were under cooked, my baked beans were hard and the main part the sandwich was down right un edible, every bit was hard ends. I even had to ask if they gave me the hard ends and she said no. I got two bites worth of chewable pork. The ribs were good though, it was our first time there and will be our last.

Usually I expect established BBQ joints to have pretty good and fresh meats since that’s all they make, but this meal was pretty disappointing. We got pulled pork, kielbasa, ribs, brisket, and sides. We got it delivered but it was only 5 minutes away so everything was still hot. Kielbasa was very dry looking-First bite I bit into a piece of bone which isn’t necessarily the restaurant’s fault but still unpleasant. Pulled pork was OK. Can’t detect any seasonings in it besides salt and was drier than I would generally like it to be. Brisket was not brisket. I’m no butcher but I assume it was a piece of chuck. Tastes just like pieces of pot roast left out of the juices for a couple hours. Very tough, no layer of fat on top. Ribs still had membrane on the underside and were also quite dried out. You can make a rack of tender juicy ribs in your oven at home in 2.5 hours with a cookie sheet and piece of foil which I would have done if our house wasn’t waiting for flood repairs. BBQ sauce has the taste of having been in a freezer. Waffle fries are good but also have freezer taste. Rolls are from freezer. Mac and cheese tastes like Bob Evans tray. ‘Potato casserole’ could also be bob evans loaded mashed potato tray but I’m not familiar enough with it to say for sure. Don’t waste your money for reheated food you can buy at a grocery store for a fraction of the price. Gave 2 stars since there wasn’t anything wrong or missing; it’s just not very good. Attached pic of underside of rib, “brisket”, kielbasa, and roll.

Absolutely horrible food today. Tasted and looked like it was cooked two days ago. I thought the cook was being nice since i was a truck driver, by offering me a couple of extra ribs, but now i know that he was only trying get rib of all that old food. It never ceases to amaze me that restaurants will take your hard earned money and exchange it for some of the most horrible foods you could imagine. So, now i have to make another stop and spend more money on something to eat

It was ok. Too expensive for the quality of food. My pit dip sandwich was missing onions. The brisket flavor seemed kind of off. It was empty during lunch hour.

Last Friday night I ordered several items for takeout. Upon arriving at the restaurant 30 minutes later for pickup the woman at the counter told me half of the items I had ordered were out of stock. So instead of calling me upon receiving my order to tell me they couldn’t fulfill it they just waited until I arrived to pick it up.

This place was horrible, will not recommend to anyone and will never go back. We order pulled pork plate with fries and a brisket sandwich. The pork was undercooked and cold. Had to force myself to eat a few bites to not waste the complete $26 we spent. The fries were undercooked and had a nasty seasoning on them as well as they didn’t have ketchup for them. The brisket was not brisket at all and was very dry and cold. The bread that came with the meal was so hard it could have broken a tooth and was utterly disgusting. The BBQ sauce was dry and cold. It was literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had, expected much more from a BBQ place and will make sure to choose and tell everyone to choose mission BBQ if they want good BBQ bc this place deserves negative stars.

Horrible customer service came in to pick up an order for a customer, and the person at the front has awful customer service waited in the store for 15 minutes so that he could tell me they were out of the item the customer requested and asked How long for the order? His response was I could only do one thing at a time “I need to help the customers in line”, mind you; I was there before any of the customers. I won’t be visiting this restaurant, thanks to that horrible service. It was the short white man that worked in front. I’ve been here before, and the other workers are great, but this guy is just giving the restraint a bad name

We ordered 3 meals. The meats were good but they forgot to put on/include the sauces. We had pulled chicken, turkey, brisket, and pulled pork. They were out of sausage, ribs, and wings. The sides were below average. Mac and cheese was basic elbow macaroni in a soupy cheese sauce, beans were ok, the fried food were not that great. They either had not changed the oil in quite some time and/or fried them at a lower temp than recommended because the fries and onion straws were very oily (like way more than usual for fried food) and the okra breading was soggy which was shame because the okra itself was nice and crunchy. This could have been some of the best friend okra I’ve ever had if treated properly. We got take out and the service was good and friendly. The restaurant appeared very clean.

Beans were not cooked at all ….. how are baked beans crunchy ??? What a giant waste of money …. Everything that we ordered was bad … cabbage slaw no taste no flavor , brisket was all fatty no bark no smoked taste , pulled pork was consistency of what appeared to be shredded cat food …. Kielbasa I we chewy. 1 star because I can not give it a zero ….. I should have drove 3 minutes down the road to the mission bbq. Live an learn

Went last night. My parents and I come up camping for the last race of the year at baps. I’m not a fan of barbecue but my parents love it so I wanted them to have a good dinner. Well my dads brisket sandwich was all fat and my moms ribs were all fat. My wings were awful Felt like a heart attack with all the salt on the lemon pepper seasoning. I had to dip them in water to get it off and tried saving them with barbecue sauce but there wasn’t any saving those. Any food was terrible and the cashier had made my mom repeat her order 3 times. That employee needs a note pad the only thing that was good about this place was the soda that came with my meal. Yuck yuck yuck. Macaroni and cheese was banging though I would recommend that.
