Pretty good- which was surprising because I read the reviews while waiting for my order. Maybe they’ve changed management? I did come once before and they were closed early. But on a Saturday afternoon, they are pretty busy and everything was good. They didn’t have turkey today but the chicken breast was pretty good. They should definitely rethink the sign about no refunds, etc. I almost left when I saw it. They also couldn’t take the rewards code from their app and I think he said I needed to place the order on the app to use it. It was kind of surprising because they have multiple signs for the app. The app gave me a free sandwich for signing up but the ad was for a free drink. I guess I’ll use it next time.

Stopped by the new Dickie’s BBQ in Herndon today for a quick lunch and really, really enjoyed my meal! Wings were juicy and delicious! Kelvin, the manager, asked what kind of sauce I wanted on them and I said I preferred them without any. At that point he suggested sprinkling them with something he called “Fufu powder”and let me taste it prior to adding it. Salty and garlicky! It was just perfect on those wings! They also offered fried okra as one of their sides, which I was excited about. It was very tender and seasoned really well. My husband got the brisket sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes and gobbled it up so fast I couldn’t get a picture.

The customer service level is posted by the cash register, go to the other store nearby, not the mall. Food was ok, but nothing was hot, incredibly slow and just ok tasting vs. the Texas stores. The water cup was ridiculous and restrooms closed since COVID.

I had a craving for brisket, so I decided to try the food. Didn’t do my normal diligence to check the rating. Was reminded when I got the food why to always check the rating. The food was very low on flavor, almost no seasoning. None of the BBQ char, or flavor you expect. Mac and cheese was about equal to instant mac and cheese. The beans were the best part, which is sad. Really regret going overall.

We have been catering our memorial weekend BBQ with Dickeys for the past 7+ years. We cater for 200+ guest, so a large order. The Centreville and Fairfax locations were Five Star food and service. It has always been amazing until this year. This year we had to order from the Fair Oaks location because Fairfax closed. It was TERRIBLE. The pulled pork looked like chopped pork belly. The brisket wasn’t trimmed and was chewy, not tender. The ribs were not dry rubbed. They were sauced, which is not how dickeys does their ribs. The mac and cheese (normally my sons favorite) looked like they just boiled noodles and poured cheese sauce on top. Unfortunately I’m going to have to find a new BBQ place. Very disappointed because we loved the other locations. I don’t recommend going to this location

Order some brisket, took a bite, it tasted spoiled, gave it back to them, asked for a refund, and the lady said it is our policy not to refund. Also saw an employee, cut sum slices of cheese with the same knife he used to cut the brisket. Eat at your own risk!

The absolute worst customer service ever. In the pic is a 2 meat combo. This is clearly not enough compared to other Dickeys locations. The bread was like a brick and need less to say after reporting this issue to the corporate office on the Dickeys website. The manager Jose ran up on me in a threatening manner and shouted this is not true with customer in the location. This guy is unprofessional and stay away from this place. As you can see with the other reviews this place has alot of issues food issue such as portion size and mold. I will be sending a email to the CEO to see if location contacted about this issues.

If your goal is to get good barbecue, you would be better served at literally in chain fast food establishment. Being someone who knows bbq, this isn’t it. The sides were ok, probably would have been better if the sides were actually the exact items I ordered but 50%accuracy is ok, isn’t it?
