Placed an uber eats order around 10:20 PM for a brisket meal with beans and Mac & cheese, and an order of fries. The order sat in preparing super long, before eventually coming and I had to laugh at what I got. A fist full of dried up brisket, kraft mac & cheese, watery baked beans, no roll or sauce. Even uber was thrown when I contacted support, I got catfished looking for some good late night bbq lol. Just looked at the time and they close at 10? Not even sure why they were avaliable to order that late or why they didn’t just cancel the order instead of this. At least we got some bangin fries out of it.

Just steer clear of this place. The pulled pick sandwich did not include the sauce I ordered, which isn’t a big deal since it’s inedible anyway due to the amount of fat slapped between two buns. Not only that, but my order contained wrong items. Thankfully Uber Eats processed a refund for me. Looking through all of these reviews, how is this place still in business when they mess up their orders so tremendously and consistently?

First thing, please follow instrunctions. Food was disgusting, mac and cheese looked spoiled. Gave me the incorrect drink, I asked for Spicy Bbq ribs, I got plain ribs that tasted horrible, I would not eat from this place again nor will I order from them again! Lost my appetite couldn’t even bare to look at the food. Yuck!

Terrible, disgusting, inexcusable experience. I just got ripped-off. I ordered from Big Deal Burger and I got a “ghost kitchen” (never even HEARD of that before) here at 18 Dollins Ave, Orlando FL 32805 and was just talked to by the one who appears to be some sort of a manager here who just told me that this is a “ghost kitchen” and that Big Deal Burger was closed and that I have to go directly to Big deal Burger / Dickie’s Restaurants in order to get my money back. This is absolutely horrible and inexcusable business practice and I will tell everyone I know on Facebook and by the way I’ve over 4,400 friends on there. Shysters!!!

Can’t even explain in this text box how terrible this location is. I’ve had two awful experiences with them in just the last week alone. I ordered $60 worth of food from them on Saturday and literally they forgot everything except for a half rack of ribs……. Then today, when I ordered again thinking Saturday was just a bad day, somehow they’re out of ribs and instead of calling me to ask what i might want as a substitute, they just changed my order to give me a Blondie instead. A blondie?? Instead of ribs?!? Luckily both times Doordash was able to take care of me on the customer service end. Dickey’s food is great… this particular location? Not so much. Do yourself a favor and drive to one of the other ones….

Do not order from this place!!! They are a third party vendor so there’s no phone number to call if you have a complain. I had my order delivered and everything was wrong. Here is what I ordered vs what I got: I ordered a three meat plate, which included brisket, pulled pork, and ribs (extra rib- $2). My brisket was undercooked (had bloodlike pieces of meat), and the pulled pork was spoiled. The ribs were fine, but never got my extra side of rib that I paid extra for. Additionally, I ordered bbq beans for one of my sides and got green beans instead. I also ordered bbq sauce with an additional side of bbq sauce (extra $.50) and received NO sauces with my meal. Lastly, I ordered a regular coke and got a diet coke instead. This place is a joke and will never order from them again!

It you want everything in your order to be wrong and get no drinks With your order, then order here. All of the sandwiches were wrong, we didn’t get cheese or pickles. The sides we ordered were supposed to be tater tots and we got soggy fries in plastic wrap. This place is disgusting and I would highly recommend against ordering from here

Originally I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after seeing the other negative reviews I felt it’s probably best to let others know not to order via uber eats or any delivery service. Got the end cut of all three portions of meat for my order, dry as cardboard, drink was incorrect, just an overall terrible experience. I wouldn’t mind it too much but it seems pretty apparent from other reviews that they really phone it in with uber eats, it feels as if they just don’t care about the product they deliver to the customer considering they know they’ll never have to actually deal with the customer in person, so they can give poor quality food, incorrect orders, and not have to worry about any negative interaction with the customers. I’m very upset of the fact that I also payed extra for an “extra rib” and they give me the end cut of the rib that had one small bone with dried out meat hanging off it and considered that the “extra rib” real nice. Like I said I wasn’t going to leave a review because I thought maybe I just had an unlucky experience but after looking at other reviews it really does feel as if they genuinely do not care what the customer gets through uber eats.

Absolutely disgusting excuse for a burger. Dry, unseasoned. They left the extra cheese and jalapeño cheddar out of the order, sent cold soggy seasoned fries instead of the buffalo ranch fries I ordered. Will absolutely never order from this place again.
