I have been to this place many times before and it was good. This time was the worst experience. The food was cold and wrong. I ordered the 3 meat platter and I received a 2 meat plater. The player was supposed to come with 2 sides and Texas toast. I received a cold stale hamburger bun instead of the toast. The beans were cold and the potato casserole was also cold and more like mashed potatoes. My daughters meal was wrong when they brought the new one out it was also cold. My wife and other daughter got the loaded potato and it was under cooked and cold. The staff was also cleaning the fry machine at dinner time. Overall experience was very bad. I ended up just throwing my food away as it was cold and old. Posting pictures to show my meals.

First time trying Dickey’s and I was very satisfied. The pulled pork sandwich was a good size and full of flavor.

Not so great food!!!! Wow. I wouldn’t recommend the Cuban not so Cuban sandwich. It’s dry pulled pork, pickles, insane amount yellow mustard, kielbasa thats is processed with cheese and pepper. And the worst part yet!!!! And my biggest pet peeve served on HORRIBLE CHEAP COLD BREAD!!!!!!!!

This was an amazing experience!!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they made great suggestions and helped me with the ordering process. I loved the quaint interior, and the smell just lures you in. The brisket is amazing, every part. The biscuits are great, a hint of honey in them. The lemonade is perfect, not too sweet or sour. Even the chicken and sausage are incredible. As well as the sides, beans and cream spinach.

Was greeted as we walked in, it’s an eat in or take out bbq joint. It has a great atmosphere and the prices aren’t bad they have a deal for 2 meats/2 sides for $22. Food was great and had excellent flavor, the portions should maybe be a little bigger, I also got tacos which were good as well. They also have this Big Yellow Cup that allows you to have FREE refills for the life of the cup. We were also offered some vanilla ice cream in a cone while we waited for food.

Small BBQ spot along Narcoossee in the Lake Nona area. Great pulled pork and brisket, and good selection of sides. There used to be some outdoor seating in the front, but that has been removed. Still good barbecue with a focus on portability: you can ladle out the three sauces at the drinks station into plastic cups with lids, the utensils are in sealed packets, and the yellow fountain drink cups are pretty sturdy.

Had the burnt ends brisket and my wife had the giant brisket potato. Both were served very quick and were delicious. Food could have been hotter, but was still good.

I don’t know what has happened to the Lake Nona location but the brisket is basically inedible. This is 3rd time I’ve gotten “chopped” brisket so dry it is like trying to swallow a lump of sawdust. Years ago it was very very good. Fresh and moist and seasoned nicely. I keep trying to convince myself the last purchase was just a fluke, it was just an off day. Sadly it isn’t that. It really is just bad now. Dry. Hard. No seasoning. No moisture or tender but crunchy edges.

Be aware that prices are different than the menu they will charge you more , no free kids meal if you carry out which is the only dickeys that have that , unfriendly attitude and pull pork and brisket are like beef jerky they need to learn from the dickeys in Georgia shame that a good food chain let private owner mees up the whole franchise shame ! And of course you will see the owner answer sayin “sorry pls contact me “ a generic robot answe and they will do the same thing !
