Can’t get an order right. Ordered a picnic pack and no Texas toast was delivered. The mac and cheese container was 1/3 full. It was Kraft mac and cheese. Food was awful. I’ve had beef jerky more tender than their brisket. Your staff needs to know what comes in the meals before you decide to partner with another restaurant Winghouse.

Poor experience. There were no dinner rolls included like it states when you order it. Called the restaurant and they were no help. They did not care. The Mac and cheese looked and tasted like old Kraft Mac and cheese and the container was maybe 1/3 full.

Have been to many dickey’s franchise, ordered from the Dickey’s in Brandon tonight. I could not believe how gross it was. First the order was suppose to be read in 45mins 2 hours later it was ready. They totally messed up the order, one port of the ordered was missing. The food we did get was cold, greasy and sausage was burned. I wish I would of seen the reviews before we ordered!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I only gave 1 star because I had to. We ordered the XL family pack and spent close to 100.00 between the delivery and cost of dinner. This has got to be the worst food I have ever attempted to eat. All the food was ice cold and the meats were nothing but fat! Also, the sides were incorrect and they failed to send our dinner rolls. Horrific experience!!!!!!!!!!!!
