ALWAYS 5-15 minutes late on to go orders. This isn’t a BBQ spot, it is a ghost kitchen inside WingHouse. WingHouse is horrible so what would you expect from a BBQ “pit” next to a fryer?

Brisket dry and flavorless, the pulled pork was average but nothing special. Chicken breast was dry and the kielbasa was burnt and flavorless. Mission BBQ is a much better option for quality, good tasting BBQ. On a positive note, the side of mashed potatoes were actually very good.

I honestly wish I would’ve read the reviews first before ordering. I got a two meat combo that came with two sides, toast, and your choice of sauce. I did not get my toast, and I received the wrong sauce. That’s not even the worse part. The pork was dry and super cold. I got the potato casserole which was bland and cold. The Mac and cheese was cold and flavorless. Although my 18 month old did eat the Mac and cheese. There’s some places I’d give a second chance, but this place clearly has no standards. This place needs to step it up, or just close down.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars or better yet negative stars. We ordered brisket, pulled pork and kielbasa with baked beans, slaw and mashed potatoes. The portion size for each meat was like a kids portion, the beans were still firm and the contaimer for them was only half full, the pork had a strange flavor that tasted like 2 day old leftovers. They called to say they were out of slaw and was asking if we wanted to replace with fries which we did. After getting this delivered, we tried to call and see if there was a mix up with the order because of the portion sizes and was put on hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes we figured it was done on purpose. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this place unless you enjoy disappointment and over priced food that is not good. This place needs some quality control.

Order delivered thru Bite Squad but only half the order was delivered. Come to find out Dickey’s didn’t complete the order as placed. Called Dickey’s and its not their problem have to contact Bite Squad, nice try trying to pass the buck. Dickey’s messed up not Bite Squad. What we did receive was dried out brisket and ribs with no sauce. Supposed to have Dr Pepper bbq sauce. That was all we received on a dinner plate order. Nothing else. I know I will never complain about the price of brisket at another popular bbq place because at least they know how to make it right. First time, lesson learned.

Ordered off doordash by surprise no fork or napkins. The Brisket dry as hell, no season. The macaroni and beans taste like they came straight out of the box and can. Spoke with doordash to learn they are newly added to doordash. No pictures because it went straight in the trash.

Ordered through Bite Squad. I ordered the 3 meat plate with potato salad and cream spinach and a Hawaiian roll. Received 1 wrong meat, 2 wrong sides and the wrong roll. So a total of 4 wrong items out of the six items ordered.
