Tried this place for the first time 5/9/2023. Do not order from here unless your ok with reheated soggy BBQ. I ordered the Family pack which is supposed to come with 2lbs of two different meats and fixings. Cost was $125 with a small tip. What I received was about one half pound total of two types of meat that look like it was scraped off a previous patrons plate and reheated a day later to fill an order. Please see photos. I also received 3 half cup sized sides. All of this for $125! The amount of food I received couldn’t serve 1 child let alone a family of 4. If you are looking for BBQ in Palmetto please look elsewhere. If anything you will receive twice as much food as I did for less than $30.

Hard to rate. It is actually a Winghouse, the rents out its Kitchen to Dickey’s. The night I went they were out of two main dishes we wanted. Winghouse waitress was courteous and helpful. Ended up going elsewhere for BBQ. Will not go back for Dickey’s but enjoy Winghouse.

I ordered the picnic pack which is supposed to feed 2 to 4 people. How is this supposed to feed two adults?! I got no bbq sauce, this is definitely NOT a pound of meat and there is an additional side I didn’t order…. Don’t waste your $$ here at this Ghost kitchen.

Horrible!! We ordered Dickey’s BBQ from the ghost kitchen inside Winghouse in Ellenton, Fl via DoorDash. We received 3 orders of wings and no bbq at all. When I called Winghouse, they tried to put the blame on DoorDash, and when I asked her how they could blame the driver, when my husbands name was written right on the outside of the bag, the employee got hateful with me. Even when I spoke to the manager, they were utterly unprofessional. Dickey’s BBQ would be smart to pull their ghost kitchen out of there and find a location of their own. We won’t ever order from there again because we already knew Winghouse was a joke!! We were just unaware til tonight that Dickeys had a ghost kitchen there.

This is not Dickey’s. It’s a Ghost Kitchen in Wing House. I like Dickey’s, and I like Wing House, but the Ghost Kitchen is awful. Food quality is awful. It’s Door Dash or takeout only.

Ordered from the Ellenton Florida location, not only did we get super small portions they shorted us food and all sides. This place is actually Wing House in Ellenton, didn’t get any sauces either. Whole order costed me $123! Will never order from here again!

I’ve been to other Dickey’s but this one is just comically bad. They didn’t get the order correct and the size as well as the taste of the food was disappointing compared to other locations. This place doesn’t even appear on the Dickey’s website, which makes me concerned about its legitimacy. Not to mention that the food was in a WingHouse bag and containers.

The food is ok, it’s acceptable for BBQ, while you won’t be impressed it’s safe to say you won’t be disappointed. The high prices and service at this location was a bit underwhelming; for BBQ, I would encourage you to look around if you have alternatives.
