Our family had food catered for my mom’s retirement party. The owner and staff were very professional. They allowed us to sample the sides before making our decision. The price was reasonable and we had enough food for the party and to go plates. We will definitely be using them again!! I didn’t get pictures of before but the after should serve justice and we are eating leftovers today.

When ordering anything other than wings, all is fine, but the last 3 visits for only wings, here ya go. (All are carry out, therefore didn’t recognize the issue until getting home) First time, ordered 15 wings and received 8. The 8 were all legs, no wings. They fixed it later, but still only legs

If I could rate this a zero I would! Tonight my husband ordered 3 meals. One meal we didn’t even get and was still charged for, and the KIDS MEAL we ordered which was chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese was served raw!! Thankfully my child had not eaten any but sadly my husband took a bite! Every single piece of chicken was RAW!!! Some pieces were still almost frozen in the middle! My child is a high risk and could have easily gotten terribly sick with a food borne illness! I hope that this business takes some corrective action and retrains their entire staff on proper cooking times and temperatures!! This could have easily taken a terrible turn for the worst but my husband will be going up there tomorrow to discuss this situation! Will update if this is handled properly!

If I could give these people no stars that would be more accurate. It is always a hassle dealing with them. My delivery team always catches flack from them because they hate delivery drivers. I mean it. They hate us. We bring them income but they treat us like scum. Won’t answer the phone for us. Then when we get there it’s “it wasn’t called in so we refuse to make it” (now mind you the phone is ringing off the hook from HQ trying to get them to just pick up). I hate even seeing that place. Worst customer service ever. And it is ALWAYS the women working there with the worst attitudes. The owners could do so much better! We are customers too!

Made a call for a carry out, the person that answered the phone around 8:20 literally told us “they were getting ready to close” when asked if we can make our order was told “we don’t feel like it, and & “they don’t care & to go ahead and call their management” Unacceptable. Id expect this kind of service from McDonald’s or somewhere that employs teenagers.

I made an order online for the potato with mac & brisket. I picked it up an hour before the store closed & drove home, when I opened the container, it was just mac & brisket. When I called the lady said that there wasn’t anymore potato’s, but the order I got was basically the same thing. They should have told me when I was picking it up, I would have just ordered something completely different.

Not bad, but not great. If you are looking for some really good BBQ or anything special, look elsewhere. The meat is a bit bland on its own but the sauces made it better. Fried okra was nice and crispy but had no seasoning and the Mac n cheese was creamy and cheesy but not much better than KFC mac n cheese. My boyfriend said the Kielbasa was the only thing that was really good. The potato casserole was decent too but was basically just mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese on top. There are apparently much better and local BBQ places in Dothan but unfortunately they were all closed the day we drove through (Sunday).
