I went to Dickey’s a few years back and although it was good, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. I went back this week and got the brisket sandwich and it was really really good. So good I went back and ordered it again the next day. Very friendly staff at the Hardin Valley location. On my second trip I also got the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Fries are fresh and hot and the sweet tea is good also.

Got the two meat plate. It was decent but the food portions were small with the price. One of the other people in my group got a stuffed potato. The potato ended up being rotten but the workers said they couldn’t do anything about it since the food was coming from a different location since something wasn’t working.

Great food but they forgot to add the sauce to my curbside pickup order. I feel like the sauce makes the entire meal, the kids are too upset to go back out for it and we don’t have sauce at home so we are kinda bummed now.

Freaking awful experience at the Hardin Valley Rd store! My dad, a friend, and myself went there for dinner because it’s close to my house & we wanted bbq. My dad had a political shirt on.. apparently that the workers disagreed with. They just starred at us and kept talking to one another. As we krept closer to the counter, since nobody was ever in front of us, one finally said after a couple minutes “you know what you want?” The other 2 workers were somewhat laughing under their breath. We felt extremely uncomfortable and ended up leaving. I’ve felt pretty rotten about this experience and the management hasn’t said anything in response to me going back in there twice asking for them. Great company! Not! As long as you are not a conservative then you’ll get served I guess. Sad we have to crave “fast food chain bbq” now instead. I guess I should have noted all the 1 and 2 star reviews with the same response copied from Cameron-social media wanting more than we just typed. The owners won’t listen to me in the store but the keyboard warriors will.
