This store has a failed in management. The city will be called for giving out cold food. I understand Dickeys doesn’t get much business, but it doesn’t give the right to hand out cold food and laugh at customers that’s disgusting behavior and I hope another manager takes over or the store is shut down in general. As a manager or supposed to be there to serve and help out customers and lady you have done the exact opposite ! She will Reap her Karma! I will make sure my family will never spend another penny there.

Just finished a meal for 5. Nothing left but the bones. Will enjoy again. Made to order. Gave us extra sauces. Drinks were all large. Nice clean place. Wife said lady’s room was well taken care of an clean.

The lady claiming to be the GM was completely out of line and RUDE! they gave out old food that looked disgusting and then she tried to blame the customer. She was so unprofessional and the way she treats customers is absolutely disgusting! She should not work in the service industry, much less be a manager!

They have great food here and the cooks are top knotch!!! Some of the other employees, like the ones at the register are a little dopey, like their high. I’ve encountered this with at least 2 of them. I keep coming back though, the food is great! I worry though that this may deter other people from the establishment. I recommend the pulled pork sandwich. I think if Dickies would revamp their menu to make it easier to read and train the register people to be more helpful with the customers there reviews would be better. Also the cooks need additional training in how to cut the brisket against the grain so it is not tough. It sounds like, by these reviews, these 3 things are contributing to some bad reviews. I really like their food and know about their menu otherwise I wouldn’t have posted a review. I hope this helps Dickies.

We ordered the beef brisket, mac & cheese sausage, bbq ribs, shredded beef, shredded pork, green beans, loaded mashed potatoes and coleslaw. With the exception of the mac & cheese sausage, everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. We’ll definitely eat here the next time we’re in the area.

Let’s get to it. This “BBQ” is not at all a part of Texas, not even close. BBQ is a huge Texas staple. The food here is trash, I say trash due to being served almost just paper. (and what a waste of paper) They are serving way under portion.. also taking orders when they know they cannot fulfill the order… but will sure take your money. A customer should not have to check inside their order to make sure they are serving the proper portions they advertise. Rude workers, the general manager mollie was the name thrown out.. but it could be anyone as she didn’t want to identify herself nor was she not in a proper apparel/no name tag. Again this establishment is robbing people.. and not a part of Texas ⭐️ It’s embarrassing to say the least.

This was my first time trying. Against my better judgement I thought I would give them a try. Was disappointed to say the least. For the price of what my single lunch cost me I had higher hopes. I ordered my lunch online which was the best part of my whole experience. Meat was cold and dry mac and cheese tasted like frozen mac warmed up and the ‘BBQ’ baked beans were straight out of a can. If I was looking for a disappointing time I would have called my ex.
