We have LOVED Dickey’s BBQ since we tried it when they first came to Bozeman. The food we order (brisket, pull pork, and chicken) was not good or warm and WAY over priced for the little amount that is given. The brisket was dry, got the pound of it and regret it horribly, even with the BBQ sauce it just is not good. The chicken definitely need the BBQ sauce to taste some what good. I think the best thing was the pull pork and even that was questable. Again WAY overpriced for the little bit of food. Don’t recommend.

The meats are smoked daily and my favorite are the ribs. They fall right off the bone and the sweet bbq is to die for. The cornbread muffins and Mac n cheese are always my go to. The crew is absolutely amazing and it is a very fun and inviting atmosphere.

This particular franchise is so poorly managed, it’s a miracle they haven’t gone broke yet. The staff are undertrained in food preparation, customer service and virtually any element of running a good restaurant, especially BBQ. The drive thru menu is difficult to read due to its size and low-res blurry signage. Their speaker never works. Case in point, drove through to order a brisket sandwich, beans and a drink. After waiting 15 minutes, I am handed a bag with the sandwich, no beans, no BBQ sauce, no napkins, no utensils. Drive clear around to get missing items. Ended up waiting behind a sherrifs suv for 20 minutes. On top of everything, the meat and portions were tiny and dry. Meh!

noticed that they had brisket that we didn’t see available on the app and the owner over heard us and let us try it. I didn’t think I would be so impressed by fast food bbq! We tried the ribs, pork, sausage, and luckily the brisket. It was hot and tender and none of it was dry , the sides were good. I could eat the Texas toast and the meats all day. So glad bozeman has affordable bbq finally. Staff was friendly and the food was ready way faster than the app said. Thank you guys we will be back
