Food was decent… Meat was luke warm. Supply issues meant no onion curls and different fries. Help was polite but forgot our drink cup and when asked about butter for the roll he said they didn’t have any…then I found the butter when looking for napkins. Final ice cream machine was down.. No sign, so just a cone full of soup.

Turn off your online ordering early if you are going to run out of prepared items every time it gets busy. I understand that you are smoking stuff locally but if you are running out of staple items like chicken then shut the online ordering off if you can’t keep the inventory updated. I don’t like getting teased by meal options and then forced to completely change the idea under pressure when the driver shows up. Won’t be ordering again since this is too common of an occurrence.

Yesterday, my order was not a mistake but a lack of respect… No needed to be a chef to see that the brisket was closer to a wood chip than a piece of meat. The food was EXTREMELY dry and hard at the limit to be edible and this is why I absolutely wanted to let a review. It was not a little issue with our food, the staff knew that they sent something absolutely not correct to a customer.

Dickey’s BBQ is one of the few places, if not the only place where they offer fried okra and their okra is so good! the ribs fall off the bone and I had the baked beans they were they were okay I had better baked beans before. The rolls are delicious… and to think I almost didn’t order one!
