I got a brisket plate with a sweet tea. Ordered through door dash. No cutlery was sent. Meat was oily..not juicy, but oily. Very little sauce provided. Green beans were oily also. Only really good thing was the Mac n cheese. I was really craving BBQ so I was super disappointed.

The cashier was happy and friendly. The other employee seemed to be mad at the entire world. The food was good, hot, pretty quick but brisket was very fatty. The women’s restroom was filthy. See pictures attached. Wish I’d seen the fifth before putting the food in my mouth. Very disappointed to see this anywhere but in a restaurant, just wow.

But the guy doing the meats with the long hair needs alil more Customer service training he wasn’t customer friendly and rushy!! Ribs were cold and got a hair in my ribs. They have god taste and sauce is good. Cream spinach are awesome, green beans are good. For the price they charge they shouldn’t have these small problems.

When none of the local places are open on Monday and Tuesday, Dickey’s is the only BBQ available in Covington. Not amazing but not terrible either. Can be really good if you catch them at the right time when it’s fresh. The dining room could use some deep cleaning.

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENDURED… PERSONALLY I THINK THEY ARE TOP 5 IN THE MACARONI AND CHEESE CATEGORY, WELL NOT ANYMORE TODAY WAS THE FIRST TIME IVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION IN A WHILE AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DIDN’T ACKNOWLEDGE OUR FOOD WAS READY THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY ARE YALL NOT GOING TO PICK UP YALLS FOOD!?!?!? ON TOP OF THIS THE MAC AND CHEESE WAS ABSOLUTELY FERAL IT TASTED LIKE IT WAS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL JUST SOUR AND COLD… VERY QUESTIONABLE… THEY NO LONGER HAVE ACCESSIBLE BBQ SAUCE AND WHEN ASKING FOR SERVICE YOU ARE BARELY ACKNOWLEDGED AND THEY JUST LOOK LIKE THEY ARE MISERABLE IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THAT MUCH JUST QUIT AND DO DOORDASH!!! I had a good time. Im on a diet so I couldnt eat all that. Got a box and was good to go. The brisket was good. The pulled pork (what I could eat ) tasted well.
