My family has been going to this restaurant for years, but something has changed. We went last Saturday afternoon and I ordered the Westerner with double turkey. My concern was instead of bringing out a turkey breast to slice up like in the past, it was a ‘loaf’ of turkey. It was absolutely the worst turkey I’ve ever had in my 52 years. Anywhere. The only way to describe it was ‘jellied turkey.’ My son said to add some salt, but salt was the only flavor it had. The texture, flavor, presentation, and smell were all wrong. I ate less than half of my sandwich. I would normally try to find something positive to say, but I’ve got nothing. I have always liked going there, but I can’t recommend it to anyone ever again. I’m sorry.

Rips is a must get, very flavorful. This place gives me family vibe. Great value for the given amount. Everything is sized up. The cups are also more durable compared to regulars plastic cups. Would visit again.

First time trying this Dickey’s today and the Brisket was good but the okra was undercooked. I couldn’t eat the okra.. Hopefully that doesn’t happen again to anyone else. I didn’t think okra could be messed up.

Went her to get some brisket to go. Ordered a 1/2 LB of LEAN sliced brisket. Got home and after I sorted through all the fat I might of had one small handful of meat to eat. Even if I didn’t say lean. 80% of this was fat. Why would you sell someone that ! Not sure I’ll ever go back here again.

I randomly stopped at this location to eat and happy I did. The restraunt was clean, food was fresh, staff was excellent. The GM Jessie (Hope I spelled her name right) was engaged in her customers. I can tell she cares about her customers by the quality of her store. Thanks Jessie! I found my new favorite Dickey’s.
