Worst experience ever. Out of everything at 1:30 pm except brisket and placed order over phone, order was not ready. Received order and got the smallest portions ever and green beans well we’re supposed to be were juice and no green beans. Onion thrown in the bag after requesting extra. Will never ever eat here again. I know this location is inside a gas station but still represents Dickies as a whole no matter franchise or not.

Worst store ever for the location it’s at. Walked in to put gas n bought 2 redbulls. The guy on the register, the one with the big mustache made a racist comment. ” I didn’t know we allowed Mexicans in here” when this place sells “tacos” and has a looking Hispanic male in the kitchen. Being on the uptown side of Dallas he should not be working in this place.

I went for Dickies Sandwich. I had to ask for help no one behind counter. I was confused how to get the big cup discount on sandwhich with yellow cup deal. NO YELLOW CUPS. NO TEA AND EAS TOLD SORRY NO TEA EITHER. OVERALL Experience WAS very unpleasant. FYI i should my coupon to cashier behind front counter of store prior to asking for help behind dickies counter

Didn’t actually want to go into the store I was at the gas station and then I found out they were out of gas that’s why my card didn’t work at the pump. The cashier inside could have told me when I got in there that there was no gas he kept trying to explain something making it sound like it was something else until I told him you need to come from behind that counter and go out there and check the pump when he got out there that’s when he said well I was trying to say it’s out of gas okaaaasy the area that they’re in they should never run out of gas. I was just passing through anyway.

My coworker and I love to get the brisket breakfast sandwich here. The last few times, included today at approx 9:30am we either get told “We don’t put brisket on breakfast sandwiches” and we have to point out the menu where it says they do or “The brisket isn’t ready, we have sausage or bacon.” My coworker doesn’t eat pork and leaves disappointed in the responses they give, the brisket is the only reason we want breakfast there. The food is awesome when it is available, but we are very disappointed in A. The lack of employee knowledge of the menu. And B. Where’s the brisket at 9:30am, when the breakfast menu starts at 6:30am?
