Ordered pick up 1.5 hours before they closed. Pulled up to location 45 minutes before they were supposed to close, door was locked. Someone did come out with the food when they saw us. Ordered beef sausage and it was replaced by brisket because they were out. Brisket was end of the day, dry, stringy, chewy brisket…Awful. all the other food was stone cold. I paid $50+ for this food and ended up not even eating it. Contacted corporate through their website and the receipt. My complaint was totally ignored, no follow up at all except for an email saying that they appreciate my continued support??? I will not support or eat there ever again.

My meal was 14.99. Jalapeno sausage sandwich, french fries, and tea. The sandwich bun was small, but topped with plenty of meat. Very flavorful!!! The tea wasn’t very good. It tasted like old and new tea had been mixed together. I asked if the french fries were cooked to order. I was informed they were precooked the night before and cooked again when ordered. They were flavorful, but I hated the droopy texture. The fact they were placed in grease twice was a big turn off. The good part, I received a senior discount. Will return for the baked potato

Not a bad restaurant, the service was a bit slow in the beginning with a few young people manning the store but they were pleasant and friendly once they got to the counter. The food was pretty good, I had the rib dinner and fries. A bit pricey as well but worth it. I’ll return, may not be my first choice but still better than other places I tried.

First time ever going to a Dickies. Got the rib special. Quality was ok but it didn’t fill me up. Besides the small plate the pickles were warm. Overall for it being my first time, overrated & overpriced. … maybe Im just use to Bill Millers BBQ in San Antonio idk

First time going in here, mostly young kids serving the food. The food itself was very tasty but pretty expensive. I got the brisket plate but there wasn’t that much brisket and the two sides were also more or less small, kind of felt like a kids meal and it was all for $16. It was pretty tasty so I guess that’s what I’m paying for.

The place looks dingy and dark; I wiped off a table that had dried bbq sauce on it and the wet paper towel I used was visibly dirty, when was the last time someone cleaned the table?! Once they served the couple people there, they go to the back…they took so long to come back out that a customer who walked in asked if he place was closed. The employees don’t greet you for SEVERAL minutes, despite standing right in front of them. It’s not clear where customers should stand to order. The food was mediocre, the BBQ sauce was VERY bland and watery. Dickey’s doesn’t have to worry about me… I won’t be back. COMPLETELY underwhelming. How is bbq bad in Texas?
