I paid 18 for a two meat combo, the portions were very small of the sausage and brisket. The portion size of the sides was big. I’ll never go back. I’m bodybuilding and that was my cheat meal, I figured $18 should be plenty

Order at your own risk. Received very moldy banana pudding. Pic attached. This is beyond unacceptable. Turned me off on Dickey’s as a whole.

20 plus years ago, Dickey’s was a good place to get decent barbecue (except ribs), and they had good sides. Overtime they’ve become the place to avoid.Only recommend them to those you really don’t like. I tried them again today, after years of avoidance, only to find out they’re still serving dry meat and questionable sides. There’s much, much better barbecue to be had in Texas. Unless you’re thirsty for a cold drink- keep driving.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit has pretty food. My husband and I went there 2 weeks ago but they need to season up the meat more. Texas Style Seasoning, Seasoned the Texas Way. But thanks Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Nice meal.

One of the worst Dickie’s I’ve visited. I purchased a 3 meat plate and was given one slice of brisket that was so dried out it was hard and pretty charred. 4 ribs total with 2 small sides for a few cents away from $20. Disappointing

I have eaten at several Dickey’s. By far, this Dickey’s has the friendliest employees. They are very attentive. Each of them remember my order. They always greet me with a “Welcome to Dickey’s”. They ask how my day is going. In addition to great BBQ, this location also has the best green beans and black-eyed peas! I have yet to find another location that has black-eyed peas. I eat lunch here everyday while working in Dallas.
