We hadn’t been there since last November when one of my children became a lacto-ovo-pescatarian. An employee was using the green bean spoon for either drive thru or pickup and left it on the other side of the long, hot pan and left so I couldn’t get any green beans. The bread basket was empty and under a lamp that was caked in dust. When I asked the cashier ant the bread, she called another employee who brought out a loaf pan full of great looking rolls and since I’d pointed out the dust on the lamp cover – he made sure he didn’t put the bread pan under the lamp when he let me take rolls out of it. I didn’t stay to see if he cleaned the lamp cover. The whole restaurant needs dusting. I wish they had fish. I wish the chicken wasn’t just wrapped in cellophane sitting on the counter with the other meats. Not very appetizing or seeming fresh or hot. My lacto-ovo-pescatarian daughter had French fries, peaches, and spicy baked beans. She always wants a vegetarian entree and was said that there wasn’t one there. Although they have mac n cheese, it’s not an entrée and it looked very crusty and not in a good way.

Try to get out here once a week for their Little Hoagie with sliced brisket! Add one side and a small drink and your total should be under $10. That includes fresh baked bread w honey and ice cream for dessert!

Abdul at the drive thru is amazing. So courteous and constantly smiling. I use to work in the fast food business and would love to have him as an employee.

Just left the drive thru and this is how my food look. The fried okra is definitely not fresh, you can tell it been sitting for awhile and hard as a rock. The bun on my sandwich was stale. This location is the worst Dickey’s I have been to.

I once had the opinion that Dickey’s was very expensive. I spent years going to Spring Creek. Since The Pandemic forced us to no longer be capable of serving our ownselves vegetables at Spring Creek it immediately lost its appeal to me.. It was already expensive! Then the gas prices drove up the cost of goods. Spring Creek has inflated their prices unashamedly high. 3 BBQ SANDWHICHES TO GO.. $34.00 ?

Last time im eating from here. Wife said bunch of kids were working. They prolly didnt “time temperature control” the brisket, thats the only thing me and my wife got in common. Lets say we didnt have a good night.

Every time I buy from here they keep giving me stale rolls, one time they were hard and burnt that I had to throw them in the trash. This happens always and today is the fist time I complain about it because it is too much, too often. I am thinking not to come back because of the expensive prices and the old rolls that they serve me always!

Stopped thru the drive thru today. The cashier was friendly and professional. The order was correct, even including the extras that I ask for. Out of all of the Dickey’s BBQ in this area the Cooper St. Location is by far the best.

Went here for dinner last night… will not be going back. Food was fine – it was everything else that is extremely disappointing. We got our food and came to the end of the serving area and asked ourselves, “Where do we pay?”… we stood there looking around with no register or staff assistance in sight. So we thought, maybe we pay at the table to a server? (We haven’t been to a Dickies in a couple years, so we didn’t know if things had changed). We go to sit ourselves and a little bit later, a staff member comes up to our table and asks if we have paid yet. We said no, no one was available to help. He said sorry and went on to type in what food we had on the table into his tablet. We had to repeat a couple times what we got and I still don’t think he got it right. We were charged $25 and some change for 1 sandwich plate (sandwich, 1 side, and a drink) plus one brisket sandwich… seemed quite steep and we weren’t even offered or given and receipt. Additionally, the dinner rolls were not replenished and the women’s bathroom has water/potentially sewage leaking all around the toilet and is not only a health hazard but a slipping hazard as well. I don’t know who is managing this place but service and building upkeep are severely lacking. There’s also a fan in the front entrance that continuously makes a loud noise that is disruptive to the dining experience.

The food was good, excluding the rolls. Hot and fresh was not a correct statement. The staff was extremely loud and said inappropriate things for customers to be in their dining room.
