Wow… This is the worst looking BBQ I have seen in my life. This food is suppose to be a 3 meat plate (ribs sliced brisket and pork burt ends. The only thing that looks normal is the one rib.. the other one is on bottom and all of the meat is hanging off. This is meat is completely dry and disgusting looking. (Looks like dog food scraps.. I paid $40 bucks for 2 plates like this. Not a burnt end in sight… Dicky’s y’all need to do better. This is really sad.

Very fast service!! Friendly staff and great food!! I have never previously been to this restaurant but it was great. The man that took my order was very helpful since I was not familiar with food selections. We ordered the Mac and cheese brisket stack , which was excellent, the Mac and cheese was very creamy. The frito stack was great! My favorite was the Giant Baker. Location is in the back of the shopping almost missed it, but glad I didn’t.I Will be returning to this location.

I don’t give 5 because it would be exaggerated.. but the truth is that I was impressed by the new change, the food was excellent, totally clean, I have points and the truth is I don’t like to ask for free food, I am aware of the economic situation we live in and I know that restaurants pay for services that are expensive, and rent so I work hard to support and buy the food that I like. It is also a good quality air, and personally I received good customer service. i will come back again

They were very prompt and called to verify that I placed the online order correctly. Great atmosphere with all employees happy and helpful. Great food and even ran out to my car to bring me my coleslaw before I drove off with out it!! Thanks Dickey’s for the great dinner!!

I can’t with my family Sunday. The service is friendly. The food is really good. The brisket is smoke fresh daily because the flavor I know one is fresh I eat before and Bedford, Texas the brisket is not the same. I come back with my friend next week.

This Dickey’s has really gone down in quality. Ate here on Sunday night and was looking forward to some barbecue food, but ended up being very disappointed. We were the only customers in the restaurant at 6:30 pm. The service was slow and the food was below average in quality. Honestly the meat seemed undercooked and the portions were tiny. For two people, a $60 bill should include more meat. I was still hungry afterwards and stopped at 7-11 afterwards for actually filling food.

This was maybe the worst customer service I have gotten in a while. I have spent money at Dickeys several times before, but this might be the last time ever going. I ordered on the app, drove to the store, then the owner, Joe?, calls me when I am in the parking lot and says he will not fulfill my already completed and email verified order simply because I used a promotion in the app. It is called a promotion for a reason owner Joe, to promote your business to the community and to gain continual customers. Joe proceeded to tell me that in the fine print he could deny any promotions. There was no fine print saying this as I spent more time than Id like to admit trying to find alleged fine print. I will now never get that wasted time or gas back and probably wont get the promotion back on the app. It is very strange that a Dallas Headquartered business would not accept promotions in a Dallas area location. I recommend NOT going to this location at 1320 Chisolm Trl ste. 100 in Euless, TX.

My husband, daughter and I came in on a Sunday evening. We had a great experience, the people working were super nice, food was fresh and hot despite it being close to closing time. We didn’t even know kids ate free Sunday. We will definitely be back! The restaurant was very clean and well stocked.

I ordered food from here via Uber eats. As you can see by portions I received it definitely wasn’t worth the money. I usually don’t complain but this was ridiculous. I called to talk to a manager and a manager named Rock pretty much tried to justify it by saying they weigh the portions. Well someone clearly had their finger on the scale. He had no interest to helping me and needless to say I won’t be ordering here again. They also included no utensils either.
