It used to be excellent it has completely went to the worst food I have ever paid for, this location raised thier prices and the food is horrible! It was cold went back they reheated what I gave them then the taste was horrible brisket was gray no flavor and the chicken was so dry!! They need their other people back absolutely do NOT EAT HERE EVER!!

Horrible service. No other customers and still took forever. I asked for water she gave me a cup with no lid and said they had no lids even though I could see lids. Asked for extra pickles and wasn’t given any. We ordered turkey and brisket and it was completely terrible!!! Shockingly bad. Needs to be closed down bad. Do not go to this location.

I don’t usually expect much from a chain barbecue restaurant but this was particularly underwhelming. I paid $18 for the rib plate and my biggest issue is that it only came with three ribs, which feels like a bit of a rip off. Most of the food was bland. I don’t think I’ll be back.

This is probably the worst Dickey’s I’ve ever ate at in the worst location. I ate here about 6 months ago and did not enjoy my food. Try it again today and I ordered a brisket sandwich, baked beans and macaroni and cheese. The brisket was totally full of gristle, fat and no flavor. I requested the sandwich be as lean as possible, due to my previous experience. This time it was even worse. The beans and macaroni & cheese, we’re not even room temperature and I’m thinking probably from the day before. I was so disgusted, upset and annoyed I threw my food away. I knew that if I went back and returned my food it would just turn into a $12 nightmare for me. Whereas, I would have to engage them with hostility like I did the time before. It is obviously they don’t care about serving hot and tasty food. Shame on Dickies for this type of poor quality!I will definitely never ever be back to this establishment. Actually I don’t think it’s fair to blame the company Dickies. I totally blame the lackadaisical and careless employees that they employ there.

Do not recommend this location. Dickeys is one of my “go-to” fast places to eat. It is not the best BBQ but it is always consistent and their turkey is so good. I always get turkey by the pound and BBQ sauce for a high protein, low carb meal. Their turkey is my favorite and it has never been bad. This location gave me about half dried out, obviously reheated turkey and the other half was not much better and sliced wrong. I was pretty bummed because I have never had bad turkey from Dickeys before and I wanted it for dinner. Just go to another location.

So, a couple of things happened while we were actually AT the location. Our wait time was ridiculous, but since its bbq, AND since my boyfriend and I used to work food service we didnt think anything of that. But when we got to the window apparently they had only rang in 1 out of our 3 items, so we had to repeat our order at the window. Again, we were annoyed but we get that things happen. Then we get home and I find THREE little pieces of plastic in my brisket. One piece on my brisket sandwich, and the other two in the 1/2 lb of brisket we bought. That was what made me write this review. This is disgusting and cannot be excused because, ” they had a big rush”. If these employees cannot stop themselves from serving people literal plastic, then they obviously have no buisness working with food.
