Im a regular and the management is amazing. Employees are very respectful. Stores always clean and when i come to pick up n go. My order is ready on time and fresh I absolutely love it here. Bagged nicely and havent had anything missing from my orders. Recommend coming to dickeys in Decatur tx

Only two people working the lunch rush so slow. Fortunately, they were very friendly and were doing their best. App prices don’t match store prices. Turkey available but not on store menu or app menu. Fountain drinks, bbq sauce, ketchup, pickles, onions are not sitting out for dine in customers to get themselves like other Dickey’s. Have to ask the overworked person behind the counter. Why? Just put the stuff out! Food is good but business not run well.

My Brother and I went there to try it out, and we were happy we did! We both enjoyed it very much! He had the chopped brisket combo for 9.99 which comes with one side and a drink ( his only complaint, no mustard was offered for his sandwich). I ordered the three meat plate, with jalapeño sausage and double brisket, mac n cheese, and potato casserole, recommended by the server. Everything had a real good favor! The servers were very nice, and the place was very clean! We will return! Update, was told they can get mustard in the kitchen if requested! Also we had leftover’s!

I was disappointed because this was not the BBQ I have received at other Dickey’s. The brisket was dry even with the sauce not to mention that the bun was in the hard side. When I spend $30 on 2 sandwiches I expect to be able to eat them. I will not be recommending nor visiting here again.

Dickeys is just okay, not great bbq and this mini-version was less so. The brisket was dry and crumbly. Coleslaw was brownish but fries were good. Traveling home on Memorial Day and glad they were open,at least. We were the only customers, three behind the counter to help us, and they could not seem to understand our simple order! We couldn’t even tell who was actually taking it as all three stared at us. Maybe they were filling in on a holiday? Our grandson only wanted a kids Sprite and they gave him water, then they were confused about it- only my husband wanted water, which they’d forgotten. Two sandwich combos, one kids drink— come on folks, get orders right if you want to stay in business. Won’t stop here again.

We are Decatur locals and when this joint opened we were super excited not sure if it’s the time of day either way no excuse for the terrible service BUT we went this time around.. whoever was working on June 1st @11 your service was HORRIBLE not only was the associate in the drive through who half a*** wanted to take our order from the start was rude but the manager absolutely DID NOT CARE… we let him know and he says… “okay”… Decatur doesn’t have those vibes AT ALL there were no other cars or customers you all were terrible like really bad at your jobs and I wanted Dickey’s…we DID NOT purchase food we left and we’re about to go spend some money with the cool kids. I would of gave it NO stars had that been an option. Ordered $65 worth of food tonight and our entire order was wrong. 16 piece wings (hot Buffalo) and bot a drop of sauce on them. Toast not even toasted, and fries 1/4’full. Meet was 5 slices of meat not even near what it should of been. Called up there and employee left me on hold for 9 minutes so i hung up. Called back 16 times and not one answer when i did finally get a person to answer his name was chris and he was super rude and passive aggressive. Assured me he prepared my order himself, and the toast was toasted (see photos its a slice of bread with a dab of butter) and weighed the meet and it was correct. Again he’s the manager he must be correct. When i asked to speak to the owner he assured me his mom owns the place and if i call back 25 times she wont answer either… when asked why it took so many calls he said there was clearly nothing to be done here. Ive never had such disrespect and awful customer service if you would even call that customer service.
