Ordered online for curbside,online it said it was in Cue but said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there by the time it said it would be ready and parked in curbside spot. Waited for about 5-10 minutes for them to bring it out but noone ever came out. There’s no check in but they ask for vehicle make and model and license plate so assumed they could tell by the camera pointed at our parking spot. Went inside and it was finished and waiting in warmer. Got home and none of the sides were in our bag. Called up and they were polite enough to bring it to our house. Staff was friendly the whole time and even brought us coupons for the mess up. Food was decent but kind of cold. If they could figure out the online part where it shows the status of your order, then you can get it while it’s hot and could mean a huge difference in reviews. Also be able to check in for curbside so they can bring it out if you choose curbside.

Not very good. The one we started eating at in East Texas was so delish. So I was excited to see one here as we just moved to the panhandle. Really disappointed. Very mushy or dry depending on the meat, and very little flavor.

I didn’t order food but, their delivery driver almost side swiped me to take an exit that was 2 miles away and they won’t answer the phone or anything, but they need to get better people driving.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was edible but not hot. All meats and sides were slightly warmer than room temperature at best. The nacho sausage will never be ordered again nor will the turkey. I’d personally rather drive to I-40 & Western to get turkey from Rudy’s. The chopped brisket was the best bet with the original sauce. The free ice cream is a nice touch. Vanilla flavor was good, but texture was a bit grainy.

If im back in Amarillo I will definitely be returning to this location the staff was very respectful and nice greeting and taking care of me the information they had on the company was great the manager was on duty and I seen him give an order out for free in the drive thru being that they waited a long time and I was eating inside I didn’t use the bathrooms but if they kept them the way they did the outside they were very clean Tyson was the MOD and he didn’t let down earned his 5 star for sure keep up the good work

I ordered online. Sandwiches and pecan pie for three people. I arrived and was told they had no pecan pie. Ok, no biggie. They have three different desserts listed on their menu. I asked what desserts they had and the girl looked confused. She advised they didnt have any deserts. She then advised I could have sides. I agreed to three sides of beans. She bagged everything up and handed it to me. I drove back home and unpacked the food. I only had one side of beans and they shorted me one sandwich. It was, of course, the most expensive sandwich in my order ($12). I drove all the way back and should have gone in but I was tired so I went back to the drive thru. The girl said she would make it right while laughing ?!? I pull up and she was at window with a young boy who was apparently a cook. She was telling him he got it wrong. I tried to show her my receipt showing what I had ordered on the sandwich. She would not look at it saying we know what you had. After a few minutes, she gave me two more sides of beans and the sandwich. I should have checked the sandwich but I was tired and thought surely they got it right because she had told me they knew what I had ordered. The sandwich I ordered was a two meat sandwich with other items added. I got home and I had a sliced beef sandwich with no sauce and it was cold. I did not go back. I had paid $12 but had received a cold $8 sandwich. Nothing I ordered was special, just items off their menu. Easy Peasy, right! I guess it was too hard for them. The girl never took anything seriously and thought it was all funny. One star because you can’t give zero stars. Don’t waste your money.
