We ordered delivery and the brisket was all fat couldn’t eat any of it. We asked for bbq sauce didn’t get that either. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t order from them anymore.

Hadn’t been to Dickie’s in a long time and thought we would try this location. Such a disappointment. Staff behind the counter seemed agitated. My sandwich was cold, but my wife said hers was warm. On a positive note, the sandwiches did taste good. We both got french fries that were undercooked. How do they even do that? The ice cream machine in the corner appeared to not be working. It had a sign on it that was very old and illegible. Didn’t try it. Just a blah experience. Would not recommend and will not be back to this location. You pay a premium for BBQ and a better experience is not too much to ask.

Ordered a simple sandwich and drink though the website. I arrived on time for my order but was pushed aside for 3 other customers, 2 of which came in after i was already there. By the time i got to the register my lemonade was watery and the lady working the counter was very rude.

super delicious food! ask for the deal of the day and you can save money because it comes with 2 sides and a drink! the sandwich i tried was brisket with the spicy sausage, it came with cheese and pickles and onions are optional. definitely try their brisket chili as a side for $1 extra. mac and cheese was yummy. sweet tea tasted great and i love how it comes with the yellow cups you can reuse. i also loved the complimentary ice cream cone afterwards 🙂

This place has gone downhill, the attitude from the long haired teen with braces that was cutting meats was BEYOND rude and impatient. Not to mention the permanent scowl he had. Did not feel welcomed what so ever. Also more than half of my brisket was completely fat and was COLD like it was just pulled out of a refrigerator. Will never come back, nor recommend anyone here ever again.

Was excited to try this place, I knew when I got my bag light as a feather I was going to be bummed when I opened it. There’s no way these 2 bites are 1/2 pound of burnt ends lol. Great taste, but will never be paying $16 for 2 bites of takeout. Average sized hand for scale
