Been here several times over the years and nothing seems to improve. Atmosphere is dark and not really welcoming. Food is decent however it’s never a for sure thing what you’ll be getting. Bathrooms are clean ish. Sink didn’t work the last time I was there. Grateful this location brought back their fryer, yet it might be a bit hot. Ice cream was different this time, which is a huge improvement from the previous ice cream. All in, spent $20 on a sandwich and sides

We had a very good experience at Dickies yesterday. I have been to several Dickies. This one very much is ahead of the rest around here. We also like the location, The employees made me feel welcome. More importantly the food was spot on. Brisket was perfect. The spicy sausage was even better to me. The sides were above average. The food was served at a good temperature and they were quick. These people are here to work. All of the sauces were right there and ready.

Super over priced for the quality. Meat was served to me room temperature and the bbq sauce wasn’t good. They had 6 different flavors and they all tasted the same and they where all spicy. The brisket was so dry and tough we couldn’t even eat it. The fries where kinda good but the portion we got as a side was so small it was literally like the amount you’d get in a kids meal from McDonald’s, literally not even enough for one person. For just under $20 per person cost WITHOUT a drink I was pretty disappointed. Its barely above fast food but priced like it’s fine dining.

Tonight’s food was awful. Tasted days old was dried out and heavily burnt. Rolls were so hard could not even cut with a knife. Ribs are not edible at all. Just trash.

The staff is great but the food is overpriced and the quality is not good.

They have forgotten the BBQ sauce in my to-go orders more times than I can count.

Warning: Don’t come here hungry, because you will leave still hungry. I’m done with Dickey’s. Every location has the skimpiest proportions. You shouldn’t spent $19 (including tip) for a two-meat meal with two sides and still be hungry. My advice to corporate management, loosen up your food cost control a little bit and feed your customers. I don’t even mind paying a little bit more to have a good meal.

It was so dark inside I could barley see the utensils, let alone read the names of the bbq sauces. No chance of eating the food there, I wouldn’t be able to see any of it. Which was delicious btw. Fresh and warm when we got home. The sauces are delicious & the meats were juicy & warm!

Ordered ahead of time. Whomever answered WAS NOT pleasant AT ALL. When I picked up my order the cashier tried to charge me $22.00 for a 6 piece Fall of the Bone Ribs and a side of coleslaw. I questioned the price and he was dirty rude. Will NOT be back to this restaurant. When I arrived home, noticed the box my food came in was completely dirty with sauce on the outside. Disgusting.

Have been dining with Dickey’s since 1978 in Dallas. First time ever 1/4 of the sliced brisket was fat and there was a small 3/4″ circle plastic sticker in my meat. I guess there is a first. I have pictures. This was the Thornton, CO location.
