Wanted to get a combo western sandwich but they would not let me sub any of the meats, saying the meats are set with the combo price. Okay I get that but I would be okay with an upcharge on my meal to compensate for the better meat I wanted. Service was poor, bad communication and didn’t seem to want to help or try to fix the situation to retain my business. There was no other customers in the building so just dissapointed.

If I could put zero stars I would!! I got the pork platter (pork ribs, pulled pork, sausage and burnt ends) First off I ordered a soda with the meal only to find out the only soda I wanted (coke) was out of order! Would have been nice to know before I ordered a drink, I would have just got a water cup. THEN the sauces in the corner had zero spoon ladles so I had to get the sauces in a ramekin with a small spoon, simple stuff. But as I got to my table I started to look at the burnt ends and they we’re dry beyond belief! It literally looked like bad dog food. I went to bite into the “fall of the bone” ribs and they we’re anything but what they claimed them to be, again.. DRY and flavorless. So I went back up to the counter asking if I could get a replacement, maybe some brisket and the lady instead dug through the rest of the ribs and burnt ends looking for better meat, it was NOT better but at this point I was in no mood for it! By the time I got to my table to build my pulled pork sandwich the pulled pork was lukewarm at best, and the sausage was cold! Terrible customer service and DISGUSTING food! Definitely never going back. One of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time…

Went in for lunch, they had my order ready, that was nice. got to the truck and looked at the order and the fries were cold and soggy dripping oil, went back in to see if I could change them out. The service I got when i picked up the order was soso at best now that there is a problem it did not get any better, they turned up the cooker and tossed in a few fries, waited a bit and got at least hot soggy fries, had the pulled pork and had more flavor in the extra big bun than in the pulled pork. the lunch rush was 3 customers so it not that they were busy. Just poor food and service.
