There were 3 girls working behind the counter. Only one of them had a smile on her face and was friendly. The older woman was helpful, but did not come off very friendly. The young girl with penciled on thin eyebrows was not friendly at all. She didn’t smile once. She was very monotone and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work at all. Not professional at all. The food was ok. The Texas toast wasn’t even toasted. It was warmed up then buttered. The pulled pork was cold. There was no sign near the BBQ sauce stating that we could not use it, but when we were getting BBQ sauce with the ladles, the young girl with the thin eyebrows walked up and said these are closed in a rude tone then stated she had some BBQ that was already prepped in the back. They removed the iced tea and sweet tea and dumped it out while there were still customers in the store. Which is what we were drinking so we couldn’t get refills. I will never return to this particular Dickeys on Cheyenne Mountain Rd. Get new staff that wants to work and wants to give the customer a good experience with a friendly face and friendly tone.

I mean it’s fine for quick bbq. Food was ready super quickly. Cashier was friendly. The food was meh. Portions are small for the price (I know it’s bbq, but it’s still small even with that in mind). Meat was moist, but bland. And their “Texas toast” was the most bland basic dinner roll ever.

Maybe its me being a Memphis native but this just wasnt good. We did pulled pork. Very dry. Flavorless. Not sure about this onion pickle topping idea but that just ruined it. Removed them and added sauce. Its just not great bbq. Its not the worst but its definitely not made with love. Im interested in the cooking process. Do they smoke on site? I didn’t notice smoke. I know we smoke ours 5am to 6pm and traveling through memphis at 3am you can smell the local shops overnight smoking for the next day. I dont think ill be back again which is a bummer as you’re across the street. Fact is some ppl like your BBQ and thats the only thing that matters.

Two stars because the two people working were nice. One of our sandwiches was partially unwrapped then set directly on the counter. Both sandwiches were cold. Wings came in a container that had sauce In the bottom and wings weren’t tossed just set on top of it. Fries were good. Not worth the $50 dollars. Can’t recommend this. ☹️

I would give you zero stars if able. I couldn’t even get my food. So after waiting over an hour for food and having the order be delayed by you. I then get the awesome experience of having it cancelled all together and now have nothing to feed my family for dinner. Thanks for the wonderful customer service and I won’t be recommending you to anyone.

ordered food for 7 people for a meeting. placed order for delivery – as offered on the website – at 930am and selected delivery for 1145am. called at 1130 to confirm order ETA, was told it was still in the works. we called again after 12pm and at THAT time we were told they do not deliver so our food had been sitting at the store ready to go. the girl that answered the phone every time was very rude and unprofessional. once we called and asked “how will this be fixed?” suddenly the district manager was available to deliver the order. not once was there an attempt to contact us to check and see if we were picking up the order or anything. VERY unhappy with our experience today and will have plenty to discuss with the district manager when they finally arrive.
