The most disappointing BBQ of my 45 years on God’s green earth. The 4 of us were so excited about brisket & fried okra, which has always been good at other Dickey’s locations. We arrived an hour before closing yesterday, after ordering 4 meals online. The tall guy by the cash register had all the money laid out on the front counter (not something I would recommend). He told us we would have to sit outside, because he had already cleaned the inside tables. That wasn’t a big deal, even though it was a selfish thing to say an hour before close. We eagerly awaited our food. It was the worst brisket of my lifetime. Much of it was scraps I don’t even give to my dog. None of it was the sliced brisket we ordered. We were given ultra dry scraps, unsliced chunks, and big globs of fat. Two orders of fried okra were so salty none of us could eat them. I didn’t say anything because I already experienced their ridiculous, entitled, sloppy attitudes, but I will NEVER go back. They are way overpriced anyway.

Lemme tell you something, we walked in pretty close to closing time on a Sunday night with a BIG party. I know what you’re going to say: ‘how dare you!’ Right? Is that what you were gonna say? I have a gift for mind reading, I know. You’re probably gonna say this next; ‘the staff were probably pretty annoyed!’ I’m going to stop you in your tracks when I say that the employees here were amazing. Sure the food is absolutely fantastic, but the employees (especially the ones working on that Sunday evening) were outstanding. They made us feel really welcome. They even brought us some fresh hot fries for some reason. I have no idea what the reason was, that’s why I said ‘some reason’. What was I saying? Oh yeah, we were so impressed with the service, and will be back again next time we’re in the area.

My wife and I work by the dicey on interquest and have eaten here multiple time we got take out tonight and had the worst pulled pork and brisket we have ever had from there it was gease and fatty and or side weren’t even filled so I called the manager Nathan and he just let me know it is the luck of the draw on the food we recieved. He did offer to make it right if I bri g the food back but I live and hour away from the location. Will never eat here again.

I love Dickey’s but this location is the best!! I always order a chopped brisket sandwich with onions and pickles on the side. My favorite is the sweet BBQ sauce. Save room for the free ice cream cone!

I’m a Sista from down south, and we love our BBQ. When I came across Dickey’s, I got excited. However, I was very disappointed in getting Stell old food that was cooked hours or days before I ordered it. My chicken wings were so dry and hard that I could have broken teeth trying to eat it. And the rubs…I wasn’t sure if it was Adams rub or a rub from a cow….thats how dry they were. The only thing fresh was the French fries that they cooked to order. If they served Freshly cooked meets… I would give them 5 stars because they aren’t terrible, the food is just VERY DRY, and they give free ice cream, which I thought was pretty awesome. -RSB

I really liked the food but they did not have any chicken, the ice cream machine was either not freezing or out of ice cream. However, it was an hour till closing. The staff was really nice and accommodating.

My son and I had the Westerner Combo: 2 meats of choice on a Hogie roll, pickles, and onions. Add BBQ sauce of your choice: Delicious! Very quiet for a Saturday afternoon but a lot ot take out traffic. Don’t forget the free ice cream. Don’t tell, we had seconds.

Ordered wings from their ghost wing shop Wing Boss. The wings were just ok and did not have a lot of seasoning. None of the wing boxes were labeled with the flavor of the wings so that began the guessing game. Not a big deal, but it would make things easier if they were labled. They were out of carrots and didn’t even mention it when my son picked up the order, but did send us celery in the picture below. I really can’t believe they sent out celery that looked like they were picked out of a garbage can. Needless to say, we won’t be buying from this place again based on this experience. Quality Control needs to improve to ensure the best products are delivered to the customers.

Absolutely a disgrace to consider this a BBQ Pit. I got a little of everything and nothing has flavor and portion sizes where very small. The sliced brisket wasn’t even a slice of brisket but more like a chunk of pot roast. The pork was disgusting. Nothing had a single hint of smokey flavor to it. They must just cook it in an oven.
