Wow just close the doors already half of the menu is duct taped. There was no in the parking lot that should of told us everything. The soda machine was busted and no ice the seats were falling apart. The food was ok but not enough to go back, you would be better off just going drive up only. I wish I owned it I would have a little more pride in my product.

Great as always! My mom and I are never disappointed with the food or service at this location. Clean, friendly, free ice cream, and punch cards make it a quality dining location. We recommend: brisket one meat plates, sides of waffle fries, Caesar salad, green beans, and baked potatoe casserole! The staff also came by to see if everything was great, it was! The check up was MUCH appreciated.

Food was great, as always. Made a large order ($100+) for a family of six, and the employees couldn’t be more unprofessional. Unhelpful and disrespectful when guests ask questions about the meals and sides. I would expect that kind of attitude in California, but not in Nampa. How unfortunate. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I wish I could give ZERO stars but sadly I guess I have to give them credit for something. Everybody gets a consolation prize right?! I placed an order for curbside, 1 hour and 20 minutes later I had to go in the store because the updates had the order in process of being bagged for 25 minutes. The sandwiches were sitting under the warmer so they gave us those and the sides. Got out to my truck and we were missing at least 4 sides. We were told they don’t have waffle fries however we were not called to ask what they could substitute nor were we advised upon pickup. So they don’t have waffle fries and just chose to hand over the order without notifying us or providing anything else. We thought we had the sides all figured out after being given a sub, that we had to ask for. We also thought all the sandwiches were there. We ordered 2 of the exact same ones. We ordered on our way home from Birds of Prey to pick up in Nampa and take home to Star. Got home and realized one whole sandwich was missing. In addition 2 of the pork pulled sandwiches were filled with the worst quality of meat. Dried up hard chunks that you couldn’t even chew through. This was a $100 order. I’ve called and requested a refund for the missing sandwich, asked for a call back from the manager. I’m guessing this won’t happen but I can tell you this is the worst service and quality of food we’ve ever had from Dickey’s. I don’t know if these are franchised but do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

Ordered curbside so I wouldn’t have to go in and still ended up having to go in anyway. since my order was wrapped in plastic wrap, I didn’t open it in the parking lot And when I get home, there’s no barbecue sauce on the barbecued ribs that I ordered. Have called four times on four different days and 6 days later still can’t reach a manager.

We called in a pick up order tonight, our food was cold, not prepared the way it should have been. We had a smoke house salad in our order and my whole box was soaked from water from the lettuce, it was missing onion tangles and barley any cheese. Personally I like curtons with my salads too so to not even be asked if I wanted some or just put on top was disappointing. My meat also wasn’t chopped up very well and very fatty.

I did two delivery orders here Sunday night. Both of them took 25 minutes to complete each, and when I came in both times, the restaurant was empty. They also clipped the wrong receipt to one of my orders, fortunately it was the correct food for my customer, but I called to make sure, and I overheard the girl on the phone said that there were no managers on shift after I had asked to speak with one. The people working the Sunday night shift had zero clue what they were doing. Please make sure there is somebody there that does.

This place is a joke. First thing we noticed is how slow it was and how many tables needed cleaned and the trays taken into the back while the employees weren’t doing anything. Got up to order and noticed many of the items were covered in white duct tape. Then went to go get drinks and had to ask the employee to refill the ice since it was empty and got a lot of attitude from her. There were no ladles for the bbq sauce and had to use a spoon, which the employee had walked past the sauces going to the bathroom and didn’t do or say anything. And then I went into the restroom ( which the employee just came from) and walked right back out because the sink is out of order. So customers are unable to wash their hands but so are the employees. This whole express unpleasant and I won’t be back.

You know I went in there thinking that it’s gonna be some fast food place, but it’s actually kinda good. I mean the pulled pork is okay, brisket, nah don’t get that, but the rolls. Bro those are the best things I’ve ever had. I mean the bread there, I know it’s imported from china or whatever, but it’s good. They take their toaster down, and use cups by the end of the night, but it’s okay because I would honestly do that to. Not a bad place. The ice cream machine is gone, but as a kid I hated it, so it’s fine by me. Also I respect that I didn’t not ask for sauce lids, because some of the employees tried really hard not to give people who were taking out, free sauces. I get it. Because I work there. But it’s not that bad.
