The staff at this location are super friendly and helpful! The brisket was delicious! Love the 3 types of BBQ sauce: original, sweet, and spicy. The Mac and cheese was super creamy….the macaroni and cheese sausage was so good. Can’t wait to go back.

The guys that work at this store are great !! Friendly and quick with your order. Food is really good.The only reason I give only 3 stars is because someone at Corporate needs their backside kicked for not getting the A/C fixed at this location … they recently moved in a couple of portable units but is still uncomfortably warm. This is the second season without proper A/C. Temps were up and over 100 degrees easily for this poor staff.

Food is good, but the customer service is lousy. Employees were talking about how they were not supposed to be working. No smiles, really didn’t seem interested in being at work or serving customers. I can see why customers would just order and just come in and pick up. But I had to realize I’m not back home in Texas. The Dickeys there the employees greet you with a huge smile and people dine in, carry out,and delivers with a smile. I’ve had all 3 and there considered Number 1 barbecue in Texas. Maybe in Arizona they were having a bad day. But still no reason to not greet your customers with a little smile to show them you appreciate there service. Dickeys on greenway Phoenix Arizona. Nice friendly people here accept when I got to Dickeys. Dickeys employees, y’all smile more and leave your troubles and sad faces at home. Thank you

While the food held the standard of all Dickeys restaurants I’ve been to across the nation, the customer service was BY FAR THE WORST. Not a single customer (including myself) was greeted coming through the door or at the counter. They skipped over people in line. They made delivery drivers wait to pass them a bag. They did not tell any customer THANK YOU. You could tell the employees were hot and overwhelmed. I finally received my order and took it home to the family. When we opened the boxes up, we had 3 of 4 items correct. Two pounds of ham were put into our bag instead of two pounds of turkey. That’s a big difference when you don’t eat ham and left a decent tip for terrible service. I absolutely will not return to this location until management/ownership makes the changes that need to be made.

Yesterday was my first time trying Dickey’s BBQ to be delivered and sadly we were greatly disappointed. Perhaps their idea of ribs is different in Texas but I am used to moist, juicy falling-off-the -bone meat swimming in BBQ sauce. Theirs were dry, over cooked without much flavor and just a tad of sauce. I ordered extra sauce but it came in a tiny little container and was not much help. Plus they ommitted several items from our order.
