The prices are outrageous. I paid $4.49 for a small slice of pecan pie. Two bites. The sliced brisket is three 2 inch slices. The chopped brisket is about half a palm full, a girls palm. Had to go back to the restaurant after they forgot to give me all the food I ordered. The Texas toast still didn’t get put in my order. The food was cold after waiting 30 extra min for the food. I got 1 container for bbq. Not enough to cover the extra small serving size. This is now the worst place I have eaten at in a while. McDs is the only worst place I can eat. Never again will I eat at Dickeys. Unless it is free or the prices drop in half. If I could give a 0 star I would. Time for you to close your doors or actually care.

This Dickey’s location on Hayden and Thomas has turned around 180 degrees since new management. Awhile ago we came in and everything was terrible if they weren’t out of it. Even the barbecue sauce was empty or cold.

I have been in this location multiple times and the only time I enjoyed being here was when there was a younger female working here with brown hair I didn’t get her name the last time I was here but wish I did. She was the only one who made the food and restaurant enjoyable to me. So for her she gets 5 stars. The new people you guys have really rethink that decision please. The store was dirty the customer service was not it. The food I had was disgusting and why did I get receipt paper that didn’t advertise dickeys but another company ?

This location is sadly just plain awful. I decided to try once more and was sooo severely disappointed. I ordered the loaded baker with chopped brisket, and it was awful. First they didn’t put any sour cream on it which I could live with but the brisket was sooo old and dry. I threw almost all of it in the garbage. I’ve been a customer for quite sometime but will never return there again sadly.

We ordered 2 brisket sandwich combos. Portions were small definitely more bun than meat. Brisket was dry and chewy had to drench it in bbq sauce. Mac and cheese was cold. Definitely not worth the price.

I used to live over here a while back and just moved back. Decided to try Dickies again and was disappointed to say the least. I got a 3 meat plate with brisket, chicken and sausage. The brisket and chicken were chopped together. I couldnt even tell which was which. I could tell it was all dried out and not tasty at all. The sausage was good though. The potato casserole is like mashed potatoes with a few bacon bits. They were out of fries and slaw, so I got mac n cheese. Horrible, and I found a hair in it. The ice cream machine was like creamy, wet milk. There was literally nobody in there, so they had plenty of time to get things running. Horrible experience. Definately will take my $30 lunch elsewhere.

This is my first time ever leaving a review!! As soon as we walked in I noticed the place was filthy. The man at the counter has gloves on, handled our money then w the same gloves he made our food. We still decided to eat and the first bite of slaw my boyfriend ate he pulled a hair out of his mouth!! We asked for money back and will never be back

Yuck. Absolutely terrible! Worst bbq place around. Ordered Mac and cheese got disgusting crusty mashed potatoes, runny coleslaw which had no taste, no sauce for my pulled pork sandwich… as dry as the Arizona desert… Not impressed with the food or service. Won’t be back

Paid over $250 for a family meal and some extra sides and pounds of meat. We are missing at least $100 worth of food. We received 4 tiny 2 oz sides of BBQ for what is supposedly 5 pounds of meat. Absolutely avoid at all costs.
