Placed an order today for delivery. (sick and pregnant) When I received my order it was incomplete and incorrect. I reached out to the restaurant several times and nobody answered. Left a voicemail as well. I am waiting to hear back to see if this will be fixed or if they will try to brush it off and if I’ll have to deal with a bank claim instead. So far horrible experience.

Have been traveling across the country with my family and this was located right near our hotel. Have heard great things sondecided to try. Picked up order 5m after it was said to be ready and brought 5m back to hotel. Food was ice cold and half of it was missing (after my husband asked the employee if he had all the food and she assured him he did). Went back and they couldn’t even find the order. It had only been about 15m at that point. They ended up remaking everything and we brought it back to our hotel only to find there was still a bunch of stuff missing. But hey, at least it was hot this time. We weren’t going to go back a second time because the kids were so hungry, but definitely never returning and wouldn’t recommend.

I actually really like the food from here, I saw some reviews about how it’s supposed to be smoked or something but thay really doesn’t bother me. The meat is tender and delicious, I really like the sweet tea they have here too. I don’t usually like ice in my drinks but it’s good with the tea. I haven’t ordered from here in a month or so but whenever I do I am satisfied, a few times tho when I’ve ordered through online delivery I ordered and paid for extra spicy BBQ sauce and got nothing, not even on the brisket this happened like three times. Not alot of stuff like that bothers me to much but I think it’s best to probably go here in person if you want extra stuff like that. Only reason I’d give a four but it’s pretty good, I like it.

My husband went in for the first time, to get us dinner. He ordered the three meat plate for takeout. He asked for the ribs, chicken and pulled pork. We left expecting it all to be in our bag. Upon checking the bag later we only received two sides and the ribs. Kind of unfortunate considering it was our first visit to the establishment and had high hopes, if you plan on going please make sure to check your bag.
