UPDATE: OWNER WON’T RESPOND. Corporate did respond with what had to be a joke – we will give you a free sandwich. Ordered delivery and all the food was burnt or way over cooked that it was not edible. The potato was a joke – $15 no cheese, no butter and two small chopped pieces of meat with mostly fat. Best part when you call their voice-mail says they don’t take calls so you can’t get the problem fixed. Emailed the owner and Dickey’s no response. Stay away from them!

It is ridiculous hot in there. The air conditioner can’t be working for how hot it was in the restaurant. It smells like sewer inside. Just from the heat and the smell, I was afraid to eat there. They also don’t have an inspection grade posted in the window. It must not be very good.

I am staying in a hotel on business and eat out every meal. I love Dickeys BBQ. But, I can not recommend this one. I ordered the two meat plate w two sides. Moist beef and reg sausage. Beef was so dried out. (Pics) Sauce heater was not working and more. Dickeys corporate needs a brand standards and quality department. This store would not pass.

Placed an order there yesterday for a family meal of chicken and pork ribs with multiple sides. It was for a birthday meal, actually, we were supposed to get a meal from Lucille‘s barbecue, but for two days we tried placing an order online and kept being told that they were no longer accepting orders for the day needed. So, I decided to give Dickies a try because they had the exact same type of meal we were looking for. We were all really happy that we couldn’t get the order with Lucille‘s because we all thought the food was great! It was a family meal with the choice of 2 meats and 3 sides. So we had the chicken and pork riblets and the sides that we chose were coleslaw, beans, and green beans with bacon. I also bought extra sides of potato salad, mac and cheese, fried okra, kielbasa, and jalapeño and cheddar sausage. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Just and additional FYI I will admit that I’m not the biggest fan of coleslaw but Dickies nailed it! Not too much mayo and not overly sweet, it was just right and they don’t use MSG in their sausages which is always a concern because I have family members that are allergic to it. The service was remarkably quickly and friendly. I will definitely be back!

i hope people take there time to read this because this place need’s to be closed down. i order a 3 rib combo . the guy working there also the only person working there said it will be about 2 minutes , off the bat thats kinda fast so definitely a bad sign right there. food came out and the rib’s looked like they was not even cooked properly. they looked like they was boiled in a coffee pot . the bread was actually completely raw . like i mean it raw. the chairs and furniture was coverd in spider web’s . this place is a health code violation

I’ve supported many Dickey’s locations and this is the first one that’s a true disappointment. They say they close at 9pm but at 8:15 I was not allowed to order. Gave em another shot and ordered a $15 loaded potato to get a lot of potato and very little loaded. The brisket sandwich was extremely dry. I won’t hold it against the franchise but I won’t spend here again. As a business traveler, my time is too short and valuable for a poor eating experience.
