I’m baffled. Order 3 piece meat(sliced brisket, cheddar jalapeno sausage and ribs) combo with a slice of pecan pie and a corn muffin and in the picture is what I got. Called to speak with a manager and she wouldn’t even provide me her name(for obvious reasons she doesn’t want to be known to corporate). First off they took an hr to prepare my meal. The driver had to wait over 40 mins just to pick the order up. Then I don’t even get sliced brisket it’s some sort of chopped. The manager lied to me saying they can’t slice it because it’s so tender it falls apart….everyone knows you can slice the most tender of briskets. This wasn’t sliced it was def chopped long ways. If 1 rib equals the portion of 3 ounces maybe they should change the option to singular verbage so people don’t think they are getting multiple bones. Mac and cheese was cold and loaded baked potato casserole was slightly warm The corn muffin was delicious and so was the flavor of sausage, brisket(wasn’t tender) and rib(best meat I got). The rib had more bone than meat. As u can see in the photo. Honestly this review wouldn’t have been harsh except the lack of willingness by the “manager” to even listen to my constructive criticism.

Pleasantly surprised. I ate at locations in another state but wasn’t impressed. ..but had a discount so we gave it a try. Glad we did. The smell of the smoke inside got us in the bbq mood and the food did not disappoint. We got a couple sandwiches(brisket&chicken and brisket&turkey) and 4 sides(okra,Mac and cheese, slaw, fries) and all were really good for chain bbq. Will definitely be coming back more often.

Just stopped in here for a quick dinner while in town on business. The staff was pleasant and helpful enough. I don’t get a chance to go to a Dickeys very often so I’m not sure if it’s just this location but the quality of food was not what I remembered. It has never been world class BBQ but it has usually been reasonably tasty. The pulled pork that I had was a bit watered down for lack of a better way to put it. There was not a lot of smokiness to the flavor. The fries were ok but nothing special. It served the purpose of a quick and decent dinner but I’ve had much better BBQ at other Dickey’s locations.

The meat is amazing here… though for the price of those chili brisket fries is way overpriced. You can tell by the portion in the image.. also can you see any brisket?! I can only see a pinch of it.

As we were driving to the restaurant I was called on my cell phone and was asked by the manager to bring the gift cards that I used to place my order. I informed the manager that I used gift cards from my email from Costco but I can show him the emails when I arrived.

Brisket Plate no flavor, I stated the meat was cold looked like pork, bbq sauces (2) taste like Heinz, potato salad had a few tiny green (what I thought may have been chives) and alot of mustard. Beans should have said pork n beans with BBQ sauce no pork. Dinner roll?? Not sure what it was. Menu said comes with corn bread, I got charged $1.00 for a cornbread muffin that tasted like sugar. I informed them the meat was cold they informed me it was because it took time to check out at the register. Don’t waste your time or money. The fried okra was hot and delicious a large portion.

As you can probably tell, I eat here a lot. With it being Mother’s Day (Mexican one is on the 10th), I took my mom with my family here to enjoy some delicious food. Aside from the obvious busy-ness of the restaurant, as I forgot it is celebrated today, the staff at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit made her feel special. This was especially evident on Mother’s Day. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. Advertisement is posted at the front of the store regarding the loyalty rewards program. However, this store seems to give obstacles if you want to redeem your reward points. First, this store does not allow customers to redeem points directly in the store but requests to order online, but when I redeemed points for reward in the app and ordered online, this store repeatedly (once last year and twice this year) disacknowledged receiving the order. And when I asked whether other customers have experienced the same problem, trying to figure out if it’s an error caused by my own app, the manager refused to tell me but rudely asked me “ so you want me to pay for you out of my own pocket?” He asked me to contact rewards program to get points back and try redeeming in other store, unaware that customer is wasting time handling all this. If this store doesn’t accept points redemption, a sign should be posted at the front to avoid wasting customers’ time.
