Recently, prices went up and quality diminished. Half the side items they used to have. Brisket is now chopped and mixed instead of sliced, which ruins the flavor, and no more burnt ends option. Cornbread was cold to order. Family packs have one less meat option than before, even with price increase.

I’m not sure what has happened to our local Dickey’s. It used to be so good-the ribs flavorful, the brisket large slices and delicious. It has been going downhill for the past few months. Last night was the worst. We got the most dried out blackened pulled “pork.” It was a completely burned out end-no meat. The brisket was thin and stringy-like spaghetti! I’ve never seen meat like that before-I wouldn’t even give it to a homeless dog it was so disgusting. The sides were dried out and gross. I won’t be returning for a long time. For $20 for one meal it was like they don’t even care if you ever come back. Seriously would YOU eat that nasty food if someone sold it to YOU (the owner)?

$$$ You are supposed to get what you pay for aren’t you? Wanted great BBQ for Father’s Day but it wasn’t to be. Got the order home and found NO BBQ sauce in, on, or even on the side. So called “boneless wings” were little more than chicken nuggets! No BBQ sauce in or on anything. Spoiled Father’s Day meal that was supposed to be a special treat How this was even called barbecue food is beyond me. The brisket was almost acceptable but still no BBQ flavor or sauce. Meat on sandwiches was dry and flavorless. Again, no BBQ flavor or sauce.

Definitely a pass for us. The only positive thing is the staff was friendly and welcoming. Staff had great customer service and were helpful. Food was gross. Cold meats that were dried out-no thanks! Little to no flavor. Sides were blah, nothing to compliment there. Place could have been cleaned better (dirty sticky tables) Definitely will not return.

Fast friendly service. Tasty BBQ. The menu fits well with my keto style diet. Pulled pork, green beans and slaw. $30 lunch for two, so not your cheapest option but a value if you want something better than Taco Bell. Clean restrooms a plus.

My first time here. Food’s great,bit pricey. I would suggest getting the family special if there is 3more in your party. This was the 2 and 2. Two meat and two sides. Drink was separate. Not picture was the all you could eat soft serve. So the food is pricey your desert is covered.

Dickey’s should be ashamed of the product it snuck into my order for a half-rack of ribs. The person taking my order should have asked if I would be satisfied with several end pieces of dried up day-old trimmings. If you read my reviews you can see that I generously compliment purveyors of prepared foods when those compliments are deserved. There was nothing positive about the trash that was slipped to me in place of Dickey’s advertised ribs. Beware – inspect your take-out order before you accept it. Open the box and look. The three stars I awarded are based solely on previous visits. I hope that if I choose to visit again I won’t be so disappointed.
