Mario and Jose are friendly and funny. You can just tell they love working at dickeys barbecue pit. The food was just as good as the service. I highly recommend dickeys barbecue pit to anyone that wants a quick and fun experience for barbecue. The pulled pork brisket and ribs are delicious. Try them out.

The best bbq place in town… closed down (BBQ PIT BEEF) so I’ve been looking for places to satisfy my BBQ cravings and DICKIES BBQ ISN’T IT ♂️ $55 for TWO MEAT PLATES. I ordered brisket and ribs and they were freezing cold. I couldn’t tell which one was the brisket and which were the ribs. Everything was just a pile of meat thrown together. One rib was SO TOUGH I thought it was actual bone. And the worst part is the customer service. They are all young woke TikTok kids working there and you can tell they don’t care about customer service. Didn’t say hi, didn’t even talk to me AND when I asked if everything was in the bag she assured me it was, and of course she forgot a side and TWO BBQ sauces ♂️ HOW ARE YOU A BBQ JOINT AND YOU DONT EVEN INCLUDE BBQ SAUCES!!! And they charge you per sauce. Do you know how hard it is to eat dry cold ribs with no sauce? Final thoughts: this place is SO EXPENSIVE and the food is awful. Save some time and money and go elsewhere.

We ordered online (through their website) and scheduled a delivery for 1:30pm then get texted at 1:30 saying that the meats would take another hour to cook then was told that half of the items I ordered were items they don’t sell anymore (jalapeño beans, turkey, and okra). It was a $70 order and the only communication I got was from the DoorDash driver they had to assign. The restaurant didn’t bother contacting at all even though it was through their website. They need to fix their website along with available items and correct time in which something can be delivered. I placed the order at 12:55pm so it was well after they opened that day.

The brisket was good but it was very dry and pot roasty, the spare rib was also dry as was the chicken. I think the long holds that dicky uses just dries out the meat. Otherwise they’re sauce and flavor is very good.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was OK , alittle dry. . But as I was waiting for my order I noticed how very dirty this restaurant was. It was only 12 noon on Friday. It looked as if the floor had not been mopped all week. The fountain machine was dirty and ice dispenser had a calcium buildup. As exiting the restaurant the door had old BBQ sauce on it. I would have walked out if I had not already paid for my meal.

We showed up for what in the past was good BBQ. Apon our arrival half of the items we wanted were on a list posted on the front door as not available. The staff of children working at the store were not knowledgeable of combo items my wife and I had to direct them. So sad what has happened to the store in Riverside. We knew the owner in Eastvale when we lived there and were happy to find the same faces at the Riverside store when we relocated. Sadly the food quality has declined and the in store ordering experience was terrible. I used to order whole briskets from Dickies for family and friends at the holidays those days are gone. I hope the store survives it looks to be on its last leg which is sad. The food still tasted pretty good but we did have to use Lucille’s bbq sauce since dickies had none in stock.

We walked into the Dickeys in the Riverside Plaza Sat evening, and when we first walked inside the female behind the counter seemed to ignore us for about 10 mins and when she finally looking up we tried to order but she said they were out of two meats so we just ended up leaving to dine elsewhere. dissapointing
