Let’s start off with the bread it just tastes like 7 Eleven hot dog bread. The macaroni and cheese taste so store bought that I’m pretty sure I can go to the store and pick one randomly and it will probably taste like it. The fries are actually so good that I was kind of shocked considering the rest of the things I was eating. And finally i got the burnt ends and I personally despise barbecue sauce so I did not get it the meat should be good enough to eat on its own right?. This was the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. Pulled pork was tolerable, but needed sauce just to eat. Brisket was dry and flavorless. Texas toast was just regular, slightly thin white bread. Baked beans were bland. Green beans were way too salty.

Place was clean, people were very nice. I hadn’t been there before in Visalia’s restaurant but have eaten it before. I wanted to try the Burnt Ends and they didn’t have any ready or at all I guess. So we went with the 2 kinds of chicken, potato salad, and a piece of toast and 2 drinks. It’s a little pricey and you don’t get a lot of food for your buck, and the potato salad was sweet not liking it that much. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet…so she had to fix it. But it tasted good the second time around. So not sure if will be back or not. We got some gift cards so we decided to use them.

I give this 2 stars because i felt a funky taste all over my meats(pulled pork, saisage, and ribs). I ordered takeout to eat in my car and they have me no utensils or napkins thats already a red flag to me. DETAILS. Mac n cheese and cole slaw were good but the mashed potatoes felt more like a potatoe salad. Last but certainly not least, i payed almost 50 dollars for 2 meals but my portions were outrageously small.

Went to eat with my wife the food was cold I mean cold not room temperature but COLD I ordered the 3 meat Plate food was bland no flavor my wife had the pulled pork sandwich it was super cold the only thing that was warm was the bread and the beans I ordered.

I went here for the first time yesterday and everything tasted delicious! I got the three meats combo with turkey, brisket and sausage and their spicy sauce was one of the best spicy bbq sauce I’ve tasted! The staff is curteous and the restroom was spotless! I highly recommend it for people looking for a quick bite and fast service when walking along downtown Visalia.

Guess I won’t be coming back again, they got rid of the daily deals and some of the unique sides. Bbq is OK at best, not worth the all-new jacked up prices. At least the staff is friendly
