I was just about to rave about this place until I started eating my wings. Talk about death by sodium, I couldn’t eat these because they put too much seasoning/salt. That was a waste of 19$.the fries were good. Maybe I should have chosen bbq, can’t go wrong with that…ps, the free ice cream does not make up for overpricing….Update, my wife who loves too much salt can’t even eat them. She says it’s nothing but salt!!

It was so good with the sliced brisket, pulled pork and the delicious jalapeño cheddar sausage (favorite). Top it off with the pecan pie and we were set. The manager is on the floor and engaging and the service overall was super friendly!

I made an online order at 12:11 with a pick up time of 12:16. I showed up about 12:25 to pick my food up. I was told they were working on it and it would be out shortly. I was assured my order would be right up. At 12:45 I protested again and the employee working the register said he couldn’t find my order and asked me to get in the back of the line to order food. I told them I was leaving and not to worry about making my food. One of the other employees made snide comments to me each time I inquired about my order. In short: I was charged $18 for a lunch that I waited 20 minutes for, which I never did receive.

Recently went during lunch as part of my Father’s bday lunch. I’ve been to this location a few times before and the service has always been great as the workers are always very friendly and accommodating. The quality of food and portions also match what you pay for. The BBQ sauce options and sweet tea is a huge bonus. Food orders are made very quickly, so the wait time is pretty much non existent. I would highly recommend Dickey’s BBQ at this location for dine in or take out.

Order online to pick up showed up on the time it was supposed to be ready to find out they were behind no problem they said like 5 more minutes I was the next order they were going to make. Sat down 2 more people walked it to pick up the same thing 5 min for them. 15 min later the 2 people who came in after me somehow got their food before me I asked why they didn’t have any answer. When I got home I live like 6 min away the food was cold. Food was ok
